In the North West Corner of the Lighthouse Commons Shopping Center on an Island called Long Island, there's a Dance Studio, and next to it is a Theatre called The Noel S. Ruiz Theatre at CM Performing Arts Center. On Today September 23 at 8PM, CM Performing Arts honors what was lost, but we also commemorate what we found.

Chico's Angels, the comedy drag troupe celebrating their 14th year performing in the bowels of Silver Lake's Casita Del Campo, delivers once again with their latest laugh-filled riot CHICO'S ANGELS 4: CHICAS ARE 4EVER. Think 70's TV classic Charlie's Angels re-envisioned as Latina drag queens at their best (and sometimes tackiest). The Angels have some of the consistently best comic timing seen from any well-oiled, well-coiffed group.

It is based on "The Idyll of Miss Sarah Brown" and "Blood Pressure" - two short stories by Damon Runyon, - and also borrows characters and plot elements from other Runyon stories - most notably "Pick the Winner". Greasepaint Youtheatre presents PETER AND THE STARCATCHER, MAY 5 - 14, 2017, a playful prequel to the Peter Pan story.Rick Elice (JERSEY BOYS, and the musical THE ADDAMS FAMILY) brings to life the Tony-winning story of Peter Pan before he became the boy who wouldn't grow up. Elice adapted a children's book series by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson into a high seas adventure for the stage, complete with an unwilling band of orphans, Molly, a courageous young girl, and a mysterious cargo onboard the Neverland. The ship is taken over by pirates and the children use their guile and a little magic to keep the treasure out of the pirates' hands. High seas pursuit, hurricanes, mermaids and shipwrecks make for a breathtaking journey. It's all brought to life by a handful of actors who create a story with over a hundred characters.
