The Public Theater announced today that the acclaimed production of Wild With Happy, written by Colman Domingo and directed by Robert O'Hara, will extend an additional week to Sunday, November 18.

The Civilians (Steven Cosson, Artistic Director), the award-winning New York-based theater company known for projects investigating real life topics, presents a one-night-only concert performance at Joe's Pub of Pretty Filthy, a new musical about the adult entertainment industry.

The Public Theater presents the world premiere production of Richard Nelson's new play SORRY. SORRY, play three of The Apple Family Plays, takes place over a meal during the day the country will choose the next president - Election Day. The Public Theater's Artistic Director Oskar Eustis released the following statement today on Hurricane Sandy.

The RRazz Room, San Francisco's premier nightclub, presents the return engagement of acclaimed cabaret superstar, Lady Rizo, in her new show "Autumn in San Francisco." After her sold-out debut performance last spring, the daring chanteuse now presents a starry nighttime brimming with stunning originals, thrilling quips, twisted standards, and vintage arrangements of current pop songs. Her show will run for two nights only, November 11 and November 15.

The Huntington Theatre Company brings Thornton Wilder's Pulitzer Prize-winning Our Town home to Boston on its 75th anniversary in a landmark staging by Obie Award winner David Cromer (Tribes, Adding Machine). The remount of the acclaimed New York production that features a homegrown cast will inaugurate the Huntington's use of the intimate, 250-seat Roberts Studio Theatre in the Huntington's Calderwood Pavilion at the BCA.

Sundance Institute today announced the seven artists selected for its 2013 Playwrights Retreat at Ucross Foundation, February 4-22, 2013. The annual writing colony at the 20,000-acre working cattle ranch outside of Sheridan, Wyo. provides a supportive environment for artists to create new work and receive guidance and reactions to it at an early stage. Under the supervision of Philip Himberg, Artistic Director of the Theatre Program, and Producing Director Christopher Hibma, the Playwrights Retreat is made possible through the generosity of Ucross Foundation.

The Public Theater will resume all weekend performances and is offering any remaining available tickets for free, beginning at 12 p.m. on Saturday for Saturday matinee and evening shows, and at 12 p.m. on Sunday for Sunday matinee and evening shows. Tickets can be picked up at The Public Theater box office, located at 425 Lafayette Street. Two tickets per person, subject to availability.

Due to overwhelming demand, the hit show and singles event, Never Sleep Alone (NSA) is returning to Joe's Pub today nights for a limited fall run beginning September 14th and concluding November 2nd, The production will then move to London for a Winter/Spring run.
