Actors' Equity Association ('AEA' or Equity) and its Eastern Region Equal Employment Opportunity Committee, together with First Corinthian Baptist Church and Executive Producer and Artistic Producer Project1Voice present 'FOUR LITTLE GIRLS: BIRMINGHAM 1963,' a one night only staged reading event to be held on Monday, February 3rd at 7:30pm at First Corinthian Baptist Church (1912 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd., between West 115th & 116th Streets, Harlem NYC). This Black History Month event is free and open to the public (doors open at 6:45pm; ticketing and entry will be handled on-site, day of show, on a first-come, first-served basis) and will be sign-language-interpreted for theatregoers who are deaf or hard of hearing. A panel discussion will take place immediately following the reading.

InFusion Theatre Company is proud to announce the Midwest premiere of Andrea Stolowitz's ITHAKA, directed by InFusion Artistic Director Mitch Golob, March 9 - April 13, at The Chopin Theatre, 1543 W. Division Ave. Preview performances are Sunday, March 9 and Tuesday, March 11 at 7:30 p.m. with the opening night Wednesday, March 12 at 7:30 p.m. Performances are Thursdays - Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m. There is no performance Thursday, March 13. What's in a name? Plenty - if it is the title of a new play. You want the title to capture your audience's imagination, yet also be reflective of the play itself. Often, like the words on the page, the title gets changed in the process as well. Such is the case with the third play in George Street Playhouse's 2013-14 season: Assisted Living by husband and wife team Paul Dooley and Winnie Holzman. The new title is now One of Your Biggest Fans. Mr. Dooley and Ms. Holzman will trod the boards in New Brunswick beginning today, January 28 through February 23 in the dual role of authors as well as actors. Noted director Larry Biederman will helm the production.

In this fictional piece inspired by the life of Tennessee Williams, a young reporter travels to Key West to interview the illustrious playwright, and soon realizes he is in over his head when the playwright imposes unusual requirements in exchange for answers to questions.
