Final casting has been announced for Dream Theater's production of Disney's High School Musical.

The Lakewood Playhouse is proud to present its 5th ANNUAL Special JOINT PRESENTATON with its very own LAKEWOOD INSTITUTE of THEATRE ALICE IN WONDERLAND for 9 SHOWS ONLY! The famous story by Lewis Carroll is adapted for the stage for an amazing adventure for the entire family!! The Show will run from NOVEMBER 2nd through the NOVEMBER 12th and be performed on Thursdays,Fridays & Saturdays at 7:00pm and Sundays at 2:00pm - With a SPECIAL PERFORMANCE on Wednesday, November 8th at 7:00pm.

'Shakespeare in Love' will be onstage at The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey through November 12. Based on the screenplay by Marc Norman and Tom Stoppard, the show is directed by the theatre's Artistic Director, Bonnie J. Monte with music by Paddy Cunneen. The show has been adapted for the stage by Lee Hall.Broadwayworld.com had the pleasure of interviewing Whitney Maris Brown who plays Viola de Lesseps in the show.

Second Street Players Children's Theatre proudly presents Dorothy in Wonderland by Brian D. Taylor October 6th, 7th, and 8th.The Friday and Saturday shows are at 7 PM and the Sunday show is at 1. All performances will be held at the Riverfront Theatre.

The Olivier nominated immersive theatrical experience "ALICE'S ADVENTURES UNDERGROUND" must end its critically acclaimed run at The Vaults in just four weeks, on Saturday 23 September 2017. The bespoke children's show "ADVENTURES IN WONDERLAND" must also end its limited run on Sunday 3 September.

In the opening scene of Marc Robin and Curt Dale Clark's Alice in Wonderland, Alice sings of her notion of Wonderland - 'a place where nonsense fills the air, a place more magical than dreams' - and in MSMT's Theatre for Young Audiences' original musical version of this classic, witty nonsense is deliciously blended with flights of imagination to create the perfect fantasy that speaks to audiences of all ages.

The delightful production of ALICE AND THE BOOK OF WONDERLAND, produced by the Annapolis Shakespeare Company has found a way to make the story of Alice and Wonderland new and fresh for children and adults alike. That's no easy feat. Alice and Wonderland is a reliable classic that most people know back to front. What ASC has managed to do is keep all the standard parts of the story that everyone loves, while telling the story in an entirely new and creative way. They've also managed to throw a few very funny nods in to current events that seem to bring the classic further into current times

Imagination Stage's production, directed by Kathryn Chase Bryer) takes elements of Carroll's Alice in Wonderland and adds a bit of his poem, 'The Jabberwocky' to create a musical filled with catchy rock and roll tunes.

Childsplay kicks off their summer with the rockin' Wonderland: Alice's Rock & Roll Adventure, a reinvented production of the treasured stories by Lewis Carroll, written by Rachel Rockwell with a score by Michael Mahler.

Verlaine and McCann present their original re-imagination of Lewis Carroll's classic tale of nonsense and fantasy, Through The Looking Glass: The Burlesque Alice in Wonderland.

Based on two of the greatest works in children's literature, this fast-paced and witty show is set in Wonderland's courtroom, where Alice is on trial.  The Queen of Hearts is the judge, the Mad Hatter, White Rabbit, and Caterpillar are witnesses, and the jury is a deck of cards!

Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts (PTPA) is proud to welcome Rapidfire International's production of 'Alice in Wonderland: Live on Stage!' on Saturday, April 8, with two performance times at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. This family friendly production will feature a meet and greet with the cast following the performance.

In 2013, fantasy author Ron Glick broke away from his epic fantasy series and journeyed into the faery realms of Oz and Wonderland to chronicle the adventures of the classic heroines, Alice Liddell and Dorothy Gale. The result was a modern-day high fantasy series exploring the uncharted history shared between the two magical worlds. Last year, Glick expanded his magical realms to introduce Neverland into his masterful reworked Victorian-era fantasy. In the original trilogy, Alice Liddell and Dorothy Gale united to save Oz, Wonderland and the Looking Glass World. But the Cheshire Cat warned that there were more faery realms that needed to be found, which led our heroines on a quest last year to meet Peter Pan and Tinkerbell, and eventually a journey into Neverland. Meanwhile, the Wicked Witch Mombi is still plotting against the good forces of all the mystical realms united. Now the series resumes with 'Peter of Oz,' where Alice and Dorothy must journey into the Dark Heart of Neverland to confront both Mombi and an oddly changed Glinda the Good. Meanwhile, Toto follows his own clues in a search for a way to stop the Cheshire Cat - a threat that only he seems aware even exists. The Oz-Wonderland series has been by far Ron Glick's most well-received series. Now, with the fifth release further delving into the secrets of the Wicked Witches and their origins of Oz, Wonderland and Neverland, Glick sets the foundation for an ongoing adventure that promises to bring these classic stories into their own epic scale for years yet to come.
