Award-winning actress & director Petronia Paley leads the TWAS Classical Actors of Color as they share the stage with classical actor Michael Early* as Antony and Take Wing And Soar's Producing Artistic Director, Debra Ann Byrd*, as she takes on the role of Egypt's last Queen. Last fall, the Way Off Broadway Actor's Studio, which was created in 2003 as an extension of the theaters wildly popular Children's Theatre Summer Camp, completely reshaped and revamped its program.

A haunting American classic, THE TRIP TO BOUNTIFUL marks the first Cleveland Play House production of a work by Pulitzer Prize- and Academy Award-winner Horton Foote, and the world-premiere performance of this play by an African-American cast. Receiving the blessing of Hallie Foote, daughter of the playwright, this co-production with Round House Theatre is helmed by Timothy Douglas and stars preeminent African-American actress Lizan Mitchell as Carrie Watts. THE TRIP TO BOUNTIFUL begins in the Drury Theatre at Cleveland Play House on Friday, February 4 and runs through Sunday, February 27, 2011. The Public Theater (Artistic Director Oskar Eustis; Interim Executive Director Joey Parnes) has added two additional performances to the world premiere production of Rinne Groff's COMPULSION, directed by Oskar Eustis and featuring Hannah Cabell, Matte Osian and Mandy Patinkin. The Wagner College Theatre has named Philip Gerson the winner of the 2011 Stanley Drama Award for his play, 'Eyes Forward.' Gerson makes his home in both New York and Los Angeles.

Bravo celebrates all things pop culture when recent SAG award winner, Colin Firth, appears on 'Inside the Actors Studio' and the network's latest special, 'The Approval Matrix,' explores today's hottest topics. Leading up to his anticipated Oscar win for The King's Speech, Firth sits down for an intimate interview on Bravo's Emmy nominated 'Inside the Actors Studio' series on Monday, February 7th at 7pm et/pt. Host James Lipton courses through Firth's early days of playing hooky from school to his career that spans the arenas of theater, film, and television. Firth's memorable film roles include Pride and Prejudice, The English Patient, Love Actually and A Single Man.

Playwright Pedro Antonio Garcia will bring his fascinating Firehouse, based on a real-life incident, in a World premiere, to the Whitefire Theatre, with artistic director Bryan Rasmussen as director, opening Friday, February 4. The piece will play Fridays only at 8 pm. In our conversation Garcia talks about his roots, how the play developped and its prospects for the Los Angeles audience.
