Edward Hopper House Presents Artwork of Joanne Howard, Through October 19

Edward Hopper House Art Center presents Dream House, a mixed-media installation by Joanne Howard, now through October 19. Conceived specifically for Edward Hopper's former home, the exhibition explores the relationship between positive and negative space through a variety of media, including ceramic sculpture and drawing.

Element Syracuse Inner Harbor will open in early 2018 as part of a massive waterfront redevelopment project along the former Barge Canal. The Araca Project Announces Seven Original Productions

The Araca Group has announced the seven shows that will comprise the 2014 Araca Project season, lasting from September 7th until November 2nd at the American Theatre of Actors. Led by Matthew Rego, Michael Rego, and Hank Unger, The Araca Group is a New York City-based Broadway production and merchandising that has served, among others, Wicked, Urinetown, Rock of Ages, Arthur Miller's A View from the Bridge. FORBIDDEN BROADWAY: COMES OUT SWINGING! Cast Album Out Today

DRG Records celebrates the release of Gerard Alessandrini's Forbidden Broadway: Comes Out Swinging! (2014 Un-Original Cast Album) which is produced by Grammy Award winner Hugh Fordin, and is available in stores and online today, July 22nd. To kick off the CD release, Barnes & Noble (150 East 86 Street) will host an in-store appearance and performance from 4pm - 6pm. This CD marks Forbidden Broadway's 12th cast recording with DRG Records. Featured on the album are cast members Carter Calvert, Scott Richard Foster, Mia Gentile and Marcus Stevens, with David Caldwell on piano.
