Performances for I Hate Shakespeare are in SBCT's Warner Studio Theatre Fridays and Saturdays August 16, 17, 23, 24 at 7:00 PM and Sundays August 18 and 25 at 3:00 PM. Tickets are currently on sale at $10 or 4 for $32.

Juilliard's Drama Division announces the 2013-2014 season of fully-staged productions featuring Juilliard's 43rd group of acting students in their fourth and final year in the drama program at Juilliard. This season's plays include Jeffrey Hatcher's Smash, directed by Victor Pappas; Amy Herzog's The Great God Pan, directed by Maria Mileaf; and Sam Shepard's Buried Child, directed by Daniel Fish. All performances take place in the Stephanie P. McClelland Drama Theater at Juilliard.

Zam Not Spam Productions, as part of the 17th annual New York International Fringe Festival, is pleased to announce the NYC premiere production of Laura Zam's MARRIED SEX, directed by Shirley Serotsky. MARRIED SEX will play a special engagement at the Fringe Venue #9 Jimmy's No. 43 (43 East 7th Street, NYC). The NATIONAL NEW PLAY NETWORK (NNPN), the country's alliance of non-profit theaters that champions the development, production, and continued life of new plays, has added its 27th member, Contemporary American Theater Festival. The decision was made by the organization's Board of Directors at its Annual Conference on June 6 in Dallas, TX, hosted by Core Member Kitchen Dog Theater.

New City Stage Company opened the Philadelphia of 'RFK' by Jack Holmes in Philadelphia in October 2012 and then extended the show into November after 18 straight sold-out houses. This hit version of the play will receive 2 more productions by New City Stage in 2013, including one in Washington, D.C., which opens tonight at the award-winning Studio Theatre.

Thanks to a generous grant from the Time Warner Foundation, South Coast Repertory is launching its new CrossRoads Commissioning Project-a community-based initiative within the theatre's renowned new work program. As part of the project, SCR has commissioned eight playwrights, locally and nationally, to create new work inspired by residencies that explore the incredible diversity of Orange County.

Following the critically acclaimed run of SPORTS PLAY by Nobel Prize winner Elfriede Jelinek, which coincided with the London 2012 Olympics, Just a Must is reviving the play for two nights only at the Camden People's Theatre (tonight 13-14 July 2013) before embarking on an international tour to three continents.
