Daryl Roth and Hal Luftig, lead producers of Kinky Boots, the smash-hit musical that brings together four-time Tony® Award-winner Harvey Fierstein (Book) and Grammy® Award-winning rock icon Cyndi Lauper (Tony® Award-winner for Best Score for Kinky Boots), have announced final casting for the upcoming first national tour.

The producers of THE BOOK OF MORMON, and The Nederlander Organization, announced today that due to popular demand, four additional weeks of performances - now through November 30, have been added to the Toronto engagement. Tickets for the new block of performances will be available to Front of The Line by American Express cardmembers in advance on Monday August 25 through Tuesday September 2 at 10PM. THE BOOK OF MORMON, winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, has broken the house record in Spokane, WA for the week ending August 17 the INB Performing Arts Center grossing $1,673,452.00 for a standard 8-performance week. THE BOOK OF MORMON breaks the record, previously set by Wicked in 2011.

THE BOOK OF MORMON, winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, has broken the house record in Philadelphia, PA for the week ending August 10 the Forrest Theatre grossing $1,678,495.00 for a standard 8-performance week. The long-running Tony Award-winning musical Avenue Q celebrates its 11th anniversary in New York tonight, July 31 at 8 p.m. with a special interactive social media performance - THE INTERNET IS FOR Q! - at New World Stages (340 W. 50 St.), at which all audience members will be invited to post their experiences during the show on their mobile phones via Twitter, Google+, Instagram, Facebook, etc. Members of the creative team and former cast members are expected to attend - and tweet - the performance, as well, and the evening's events will include surprise twists live from the stage.
