Odyssey Theatre Ensemble in association with Los Angeles City College Theatre Academy presents Our Lady of 121st Street by Stephen Adly Guirgis for eight performances, today, Oct. 24 through Nov. 1, as part of the Odyssey's student outreach program THE ODDS.

Second Stage Theatre (Carole Rothman, Artistic Director, Casey Reitz Executive Director) will present the Atlantic Theater Company's (Neil Pepe, Artistic Director, Jeffory Lawson, Managing Director) production of Stephen Adly Guirgis' acclaimed play, BETWEEN RIVERSIDE AND CRAZY, for a limited engagement this winter. Directed by Austin Pendleton, the production will begin previews on Friday, January 16, 2015 and will officially open on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at Second Stage Theatre's Tony Kiser Theatre (305 West 43rd street). Steppenwolf Theatre Company, the nation's longest-standing, most distinguished ensemble theater, announced today new leadership and unveiled plans for a future campus expansion. Steppenwolf ensemble member and Tony Award-winning director Anna D. Shapiro will succeed Martha Lavey as artistic director at the conclusion of the current season in fall 2015.

Tickets go on sale today for FISH IN THE DARK, the new comedy starring and written by Larry David, the creator and star of HBO's 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' and co-creator of 'Seinfeld.' FISH IN THE DARK, to be directed by Anna D. Shapiro, will mark Larry David's Broadway debut and will feature Jayne Houdyshell, Jake Cannavale, Jonny Orsini, Rosie Perez, and Jerry Adler. The production will begin previews Monday, February 2, and open on Thursday, March 5 at the Cort Theatre (138 West 48th Street). Additional casting will be announced at a later date.

After a wildly successful first year, Paul Stein and THE SOLO COLLECTIVE (L.A.'s only Solo Collective company) in residence at VS. THEATRE COMPANY is thrilled to announce its second annual SOLO COLLECTIVE, with three solo shows performing this Fall: Opening with the World Premiere of Antonio Sacre's THE STORYTELLER; a special return engagement of Drew Droege's BRIGHT PATTERNS AND BOLD COLORS and closing with the world premiere of Carla Cackowski's GAL INVINCIBLE. Antonio Sacre in THE STORYTELLER, directed by Paul Stein, will preview on Sunday, September 7 and will open on Friday, September 12 at 8pm and run through Sunday, September 28 at the new home of VS. David Schwimmer, John Pollono & More Will Join MCC Theater for 2014 Playlab Reading Series

MCC THEATER has announced the 2014 PlayLabs reading series, which will feature new works in development by playwrights Stephen Belber, John Pollono, and Will Snider. "Friends" alum David Schwimmer, currently represented off-Broadway with his direction of the critically-acclaimed hit Sex with Strangers, is set to direct Belber's Shut Up When You Talk to Me. Pollono's Lost Girls will be directed by MCC alum Jo Bonney, who also directed MCC's hit production of Pollono's Small Engine Repair. Snider's How to Use a Knife will be helmed by Kareem Fahmy. Readings will be held on September 15th, September 29th, and October 6th, respectively, at the Lucille Lortel Theatre (121 Christopher Street). All readings are at 7pm.
