Amy Rubenstein, Artistic Director of Windy City Playhouse, announced today that the immersive theatrical production "Southern Gothic" has been extended through Sunday, May 27. From its opening, "Southern Gothic" has received unanimous critical acclaim.

Milwaukee Repertory Theater is pleased to announce the complete cast of Our Town, the closing play of the 2017/18 Season in the Quadracci Powerhouse running April 10 - May 13. SHAKESPEARE IN LOVE, based on the Academy-Award winning film of the same name, opened at Asolo Rep on January 11th and runs through March 28th. Directed by Rachel Rockwell, SHAKESPEARE IN LOVE imagines the life of a young William Shakespeare, a writer struggling to come up with an idea for his next play. Enter Viola, a young woman who begins as his admirer and ends up as his muse.

Northlight Theatre, under the direction of Artistic Director BJ Jones and Executive Director Timothy J. Evans, continues its 2017-18 season with Skeleton Crew, written by Dominique Morisseau and directed by Ron OJ Parson. Bell, Southern Gothic gives audiences the opportunity to be a fly on the wall at a cocktail party in Ashford, Georgia in the 1960s where four couples gather together to celebrate a birthday.

Oscar -winner Louis Gossett Jr. is stepping into the role of Judge George Taylor in the timely, reality-inspired feature film FOSTER BOY, currently in production. He replaces James Earl Jones, who became unavailable due to a scheduling conflict with another project. Gossett began work on Dec. 6.
