Broadway's longest-running musical, THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, makes a long-awaited return to Manila and will premiere at The Theatre at Solaire for a limited engagement from February 20, 2019.

The world's most successful and best selling soprano Sarah Brightman will unveil her much anticipated fifteenth full-length album, HYMN, on November 9, 2018 on Decca Gold. This marks the multiplatinum GRAMMY award-nominated classical crossover pioneer's first new studio recording since she released the international chart-topper Dreamchaser in 2013.

French classical pop singer Vincent Niclo will present a new series on BBC Radio 2 this autumn featuring exclusive interviews with a range of iconic French artists. Entitled 'Carte Blanche', the 7-part series will provide a rare insight into the lives and musical loves of designer Jean Paul Gaultier, movie star, fashion icon and animal rights activist Brigitte Bardot, jazz pianist and 3-time Oscar winner Michel Legrand and singer and actor Jane Birkin.

After a sold-out inaugural year, David Connolly and Taylor Long are back to present BOTH 2.0, an annual cabaret fundraiser in support of the War Amps CHAMP (Child Amputee) Program. As THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA heads in to its 33rd year, Andrew Lloyd Webber and Cameron Mackintosh have announced that Tim Howar will play 'The Phantom' for an initial run from 3 September - 8 December 2018.

This afternoon composer Andrew Lloyd Webber's Really Useful Group production company and Shanghai Media Group Live announced a new partnership titled the 'Phantom China Project'.

Soprano opera singer Maria Matveeva together with well-known French Grammy-award-winning composer and producer Eric Mouquet aka Deep Forest present a three-track EP titled 'Siberian Trilogy Project' inspired by the harmony and magic of Siberia, birthplace of the singer. In addition to her career as a lyric soprano in the Opera, Matveeva has experimented various musical genres. Academy Award-winning songwriter Franke Previte (Dirty Dancing) has teamed with world-renowned live show specialist Michael LaFleur (Las Vegas, Disney, Universal, Celine Dion, Sarah Brightman) and Broadway and music producer Dennis D'Amico (Sir Paul McCartney) to premiere CALLING ALL DIVAS, a joyous celebration of music, friendship and the power of sisterhood, in a unique "concert musical" format.

Selladoor Worldwide and PIU Entertainment announced a joint venture to work closely together on producing live entertainment in the UK and Eastern Europe. The move sees Selladoor, known predominantly as a UK and international touring theatre company, move into co-presenting live entertainment and music and moving away from producing only theatre based entertainment. Jump For Joy! The Off-Broadway cast recording of the New York premiere production of the new musical Unexpected Joy, with book and lyrics by Bill Russell (Side Show) and music by Janet Hood (Elegies for Angels, Punks, and Raging Queens with Bill Russell), will be recorded and released by JAY Records. Produced by John Yap, the recording will feature the original cast of The York Theatre Company production who will gather at Sear Sound Studios (353 West 48th Street) on Monday, May 14, 2018 to lay down the tracks for the recording.

The Philly POPS 2017-18 season ends with a Classic Rock sing along, featuring Broadway power vocalist Bryce Ryness and the 170-voice Festival Chorus. POPS Rocks runs April 27-29 at the Kimmel Center.
