The John W. Engeman Theater presents MIRACLE ON 34TH STREET, THE MUSICAL. Performances begin tonight, November 19, 2015 at 8:00pm and run through January 3, 2016.

This December, the magical stage show Santa Claus and the Christmas Adventure comes to Swindon Arts Centre and the cast are helping to bring joy to some of Swindon's most deserving children. The Wyvern Theatre and Arts Centre have teamed up with local children's charity Hop Skip and Jump to launch a special Christmas Advent Calendar drive. They are calling for donations of Advent Calendars, which will be presented to boys and girls from the Hop, Skip and Jump Children's Centre by Santa's Elves when they make a special appearance on Friday 27th November. Advent Calendars can be dropped off at the Wyvern Theatre Ticket Office or the Arts Centre reception at any time until Thursday 26th November.

Disney Channel's fifth annual 'Fa-La-La-Lidays' programming event kicks off with the television premiere of the Walt Disney Animation Studios' short-film 'Frozen Fever' on SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 29 and continues throughout December with holiday-themed episodes of 'BUNK'D,' 'Girl Meets World,' 'K.C. Undercover,' 'Best Friends Whenever,' 'Austin & Ally' and 'Liv and Maddie,' beginning FRIDAY, DECEMBER 4. Also premiering on that day is 'Disney Channel Fa-La-La-Lidays Celebrates a Radio Disney Family Holiday,' (9:00 p.m., ET/PT). Hosted by 'Girl Meets World' star and Hollywood Records recording artist Sabrina Carpenter, the special will include performances by some of today's most popular Radio Disney artists and will be available via WATCH Disney Channel the following day, Saturday, December 5.

Carols and Christmas trees, snowfall and Santa Claus - these telltale signs of the holiday season are all included in the glittering gala known as A Beef & Boards Christmas. Opening Nov. 28, this annual Hoosier tradition is the perfect outing for the entire family.

Sierra Repertory Theatre welcomes the holidays with Christmas carols before its evening shows Thanksgiving weekend. Local group Sincerely will perform beginning at 6 p.m. on Nov 27 and 28, as well as before the final Friday performance on December 18.

Teatro Paraguas will present  a festive bilingual evening of live music, carols, and comedy entitled A Musical Piñata for Christmas III for eight performances beginning December 11th.  This production is the third annual holiday celebration at Teatro Paraguas.

Ask a Brit what their fondest memory of the holidays is, and they may tell you watching the annual "Panto" or Pantomime - a unique blend of musical comedy, vaudeville, slapstick, audience participation, and spectacle. But here in America, the word "pantomime" mainly conjures up images of people dressed in black, with white faces "trapped in a box." Theatre Nova, Ann Arbor's professional theatre dedicated to new plays and playwrights, is trying to change all that, as it introduces its twist on the art form with "An Almost British Christmas" opening November 27th and running through the holidays to December 20th.

For the 3rd year, the Warner Theatre will open the holiday season by inviting the community to enjoy two classic holiday films shown on our 50 foot screen.

 Cape May history comes to life at Cape May Stage this holiday season at the world premiere of 'A Cape May Christmas,' opening Friday,  November 27. Cape May Stage is located at 405 Lafayette Street in Cape May. On Saturday, November 28, Cape May Stage will also present 'The Twelve Dates of Christmas' at Congress Hall, 200 Congress Place, Cape May. Both plays were created by women playwrights, the sixth and seventh productions in a season of all-female playwrights in 2015.

The Las Vegas Philharmonic presents its annual holiday program conducted by Music Director Donato Cabrera with three performances on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, December 6, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Reynolds Hall at The Smith Center.  This year's holiday theme is The Snowman, and will feature a selection of holiday classics, the children's film, The Snowman, based on the popular children's book created and illustrated by Raymond Briggs, featuring boy soprano Noah Pastor from Cashman Middle School, and an audience sing-along.  The orchestra will be accompanied by the Las Vegas Master Singers, led by University of Nevada, Las Vegas Choral Director, David Weiller.  We encourage patrons to arrive early to meet with Santa in the lobby!

Clear Creek Community Theatre (CCCT) is offering a special event this Fall that is sure to keep its audiences laughing.  "All in the Timing: An Evening of Comedy and Music" opens Today, November 13th, and runs through Sunday, November 15th.  Publicity Chair, Barbara Winburn, notes that CCCT periodically stages productions that are not part of its regular season in order to give its patrons an opportunity to enjoy shows that are unique or are tied to special holidays or events.  "Some events, like our "Shakepeare in the Summer" series and "Valentine's Day" show have become so popular that we now offer them every year.  We hope that our newest offering will have the same success."
