Back by popular demand, the acclaimed revival of James McLure's comedy LONE STAR opens Friday, June 7th at the 13th Street Repertory Theatre (50 W 13th St- between Fifth and Sixth Avenues) for eight performances only including June 8th, June 13th, June 14th and June 15th at 7:30 pm with matinees on June 9th and June 16th at 3:00 pm. The play, which received audience and critical acclaim from its 2017 production highlights rising star Matt de Rogatis as the lead and features the all female band The Chalks with Broadway actor Leenya Rideout.

There is a rule that is generally accepted by all movie fans; while a sequel might eclipse its original in box office receipts, merchandise sales, and social media presence, it is only on rare occasions when it can match its predecessor in terms in quality. That rule is especially true when it comes to originals that are marked by an innovation or creative flare that revolutionizes, or defies, its genre. Unfortunately, 'Sin City: A Dame to Kill For' is not one of those rare occasions. Titular grammatical error aside, this listless sequel provides none of the awe-inspiring spectacle of its far superior original.

ABC Music Lounge's "Nashville"-inspired docu-web series, "On the Record," is live at www.abc.com/musiclounge with the original song, "Nothing in This World Will Ever Break My Heart Again," co-written by songwriters Kate York and Sarah Buxton and performed by Hayden Panettiere as Juliette Barnes. The song is featured in the Season Finale of "Nashville," WEDNESDAY, MAY 22 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
