American Repertory Ballet and Princeton Ballet School announced today that, after an international search, Pamela Levy has been selected as the school's director. Levy will be the fourth director in its 62-year history. 

Carlos Lopez, a former Soloist with American Ballet Theatre, has been named to the position of Ballet Master with the Company effective August 1, 2016. It was announced today by Kevin McKenzie, ABT Artistic Director.

Jeffrey Cirio has been promoted to the rank of Principal Dancer with American Ballet Theatre and Blaine Hoven has been promoted to Soloist.  The promotions, announced today by Artistic Director Kevin McKenzie, become effective August 1, 2016.

Taylor's company offered two alternating programs. Program B, performed on Thursday night and Saturday afternoon, showed the strengths of his choreography's captivating lines, precise musicality, and overall wit.

Lerner and Loewe's Broadway classic MY FAIR LADY, with 28-piece orchestra, will be staged by Light Opera Works at Cahn Auditorium in Evanston, June 4 through 12.

BalletCollective's 2016 Season will further explore the company's unique collaborative process with world premiere works featuring two collaborations pairing architects Carlos Arnaiz and James Ramsey with composers Judd Greenstein and Ellis Ludwig-Leone respectively. First casting is announced today for Broadway musical Side Show, which receives its UK premiere at Southwark Playhouse. Louise Dearman and Laura Pitt-Pulford will play conjoined twins Daisy and Violet Hilton in the brand new production, which runs October 21 to December 3, with a press night on October 26.
