The Ogunquit Playhouse is delighted to announce the casting of John Bolton in the role of Dr. Frederick Frankenstein in this summer's production of Mel Brooks' hysterical musical comedy Young Frankenstein, on stage July 10 through July 27. Mr. Bolton takes the lead in this wickedly inspired re-imagining of the Frankenstein legend, based on Mel Brooks' film masterpiece, as he attempts to bring a corpse to life with plenty of scary and hilarious complications.

In addition, Scott will be recording "Piece Of Meat," her current show at 54 Below. Scott will perform the highly-anticipated return engagement of her acclaimed evening through June 29. AXS TV will broadcast Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park exclusively in North America with performances from Bon Jovi, Elton John And His Band, Lionel Richie, and Jennifer Lopez, it was jointly announced today by AEG Live UK, The Royal Parks and AXS TV. The television concert event will air Saturday July 13 and Sunday July 14 from Hyde Park in London and will also feature Gary Clark, Jr. among other artists to be announced.

Ehrenkranz Artistic Director Jane Moss today announced the roster for Lincoln Center's fourth multidisciplinary White Light Festival, October 24 through November 23, 2013. The Festival's focus is music's capacity to illuminate the many dimensions of our interior lives, with a particular emphasis this year on the power of the voice. Spanning numerous musical traditions, genres, and disciplines, the Festival will offer 23 performances, films, and events featuring seven premieres and debuts by artists and companies from more than a dozen countries, including France, India, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, the U.K., Mali, Estonia, Italy, Austria, Canada and the U.S. New to this edition of the Festival is White Light on Film, film screenings followed by discussions with their directors. Other Festival components include: a panel discussion focused on the subject of time, pre- and post-performance artist discussions, and the popular post-performance White Light Lounges.

The New York Philharmonic's season-finale program, A Dancer's Dream: Two Works by Stravinsky — conducted by Music Director Alan Gilbert and starring New York City Ballet principal dancer Sara Mearns in a production created by Giants Are Small — will be distributed to cinemas worldwide by SpectiCast beginning September 2013. This unique cinema event, produced by the New York Philharmonic, will feature a complete concert broadcast, behind-the- scenes footage, as well as a brief intermission feature on Stravinsky's history with the New York Philharmonic, featuring video and other exclusive material from the New York Philharmonic Digital Archives.

For the third year in a row, Mayor Timothy Dougherty and the Town of Morristown will host a free all day concert on the Green on Saturday, August 17th. Sherie Rene Scott returns to 54 Below for the highly-anticipated reprise of her acclaimed show 'Piece Of Meat' for a limited two-week engagement. 'Piece Of Meat' is an exhilarating evening about human desires - carnal, culinary and otherwise. Ms. Scott explores her singular storytelling and musical abilities with songs by Joni Mitchell, Paul McCartney, Talking Heads, Pete Townshend, Annie Lennox, Dire Straits, Buddy Holly, Kate Bush and Noah & The Whale, along with original compositions by music directorTodd Almond. The show features musical staging by Michele Lynch and direction by Lear Debessonett.

The David Lynch Foundation will launch its new performance division, DLF Live, at the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival today, June 15, 2013. DLF Live will harness the power of arts and creativity to bring meditation to at-risk communities. The launch will be marked by a screening of Meditation, Creativity, Peace, a documentary highlighting filmmaker David Lynch and his decades-long dedication to meditation and the arts.
