Lookingglass Theatre Company announces added dates for Ethan Frome, the World Premiere of the Lookingglass Original Ethan Frome, directed and adapted from the novel by Edith Wharton by company member Laura Eason.

Toy pianist and multi-media artist Phyllis Chen is set to launch her latest project entitled Looking-Glass ReWondered.

Route 66 Theatre Company presents the second production of its 2010-2011 season with the world premiere of A Twist of Water, by Caitlin Montanye Parrish, co-created with and directed by Erica Weiss. A Twist of Water features Route 66 Artistic Director Stef Tovar, with Falashay Pearson, Alex Hugh Brown and Lili-Anne Brown. A Twist of Water closes March 20, 2011 at Theater Wit, 1229 W. Trickery and deceit take over in Anthony Shaffer's SLEUTH, which kicks off Theatre at the Center's 2011 season. This edge-of-your-seat mystery closes March 20 at 1040 Ridge Road, Munster, Indiana. The production, directed by William Pullinsi, stars Larry Yando and Lance Baker.

TimeLine Theatre Company, dedicated to presenting plays inspired by history that connect to today's social and political issues, has finalized its four-play 2010-11 season. Virginia's Tony Award®-winning Signature Theatre has announced the artistic team behind the upcoming world premiere of the musical comedy And the Curtain Rises (formerly known as Wheatley's Folly), which begins performances on Thursday, March 17, 2011. And the Curtain Rises marks the third production presented as part of Signature's groundbreaking American Musical Voices Project, the largest commissioning program for new musicals in the country, following Michael John LaChiusa's Giant in 2009 and Ricky Ian Gordon's Sycamore Trees last year.

Screen and stage actor, writer, and director Zach Braff will host the Huntington Theatre Company's 2011 Spotlight Spectacular! gala benefit on Monday, May 9, 2011 at the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel. The event will honor Boston playwright Lydia R. Diamond and Trustee Bill McQuillan with The Wimberly Award, the Huntington's highest honor. The evening's entertainment will be announced shortly.
