Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestras begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. The landmark musical with a score by Vernon Duke and John Latouche is the next offering from City Center's Encores!

Encores! Artistic Director Jack Viertel today announced the creative teams for New York City Center's 2016 Encores! season. J. Bernard Calloway, Chuck Cooper, Marva Hicks, Carly Hughes, LaChanze, Norm Lewis, Forrest McClendon, and J.D. Webster will star in Vernon Duke and John Latouche's jazz?filled fable Cabin in the Sky, running for seven performances at City Center from February 10-14. The 1940 musical will be directed by Tony Award winner Ruben Santiago?Hudson with choreography by Camille A. Brown.

The stars will align this holiday season at 54 Below. Included in the lineup are Tony Award winner Annaleigh Ashford (December 31); Tony Award winner Lena Hall (December 7); Tony Award nominee Norm Lewis (December 20-24). This December and January, Feinstein's/54 Below, Broadway's Supper Club offers an exciting lineup of holiday entertainment. Holiday shows features the talents of Michael Feinstein, Norm Lewis, The 8th Annual Joe Iconis Christmas Spectacular, Well-Strung, The Muppet Christmas Carol, Vodka Stinger, Christine Pedi and more. Additionally, celebrate New Years Eve with special performances from Marin Mazzie and Annaleigh Ashford.

Celebrate New Year's Eve at The Smith Center with a musical extravaganza featuring Broadway hits and favorite classic songs. Hosted by film and television star Erich Bergen, the evening will also include performances from Tony Award-winning singer and actress Patina Miller, Tony nominee Norm Lewis, Drama Desk nominee Capathia Jenkins and Las Vegas' consummate entertainer, Clint Holmes.

Known for her powerful and riveting vocals, Broadway's Darling N'Kenge (Motown: The Musical and Sondheim on Sondheim) will grace the stage in Classic FM's Four Decades of Radio Hits show with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of conductor, Jack Everly for two days dedicated to the best-of-the best from the FM radio dial, Today, November 20 (11:00am/8:00pm) and Saturday, November 21 (8:00pm), 2015.

On episode 9 of 'The Set List' podcast, Broadway's Heidi Blickenstaff (Something Rotten!, [title of show]) sits down with Victor Legra to talk about the PBS special FIRST YOU DREAM- The Songs of Kander & Ebb. 

The inaugural BROADWAY'S GOT GUTS event was a spectacular evening of wonderful entertainment by Broadway's brightest singing the wonderful standards and hits sung by the late, great Nancy LaMott with proceeds supporting the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America's on November 2, 2015 at the Friars Club.
