Pulitzer Prize winner David Mamet's play Race, directed by Terry Johnson, opened at the Hampstead Theatre on Wednesday 29 May 2013 and runs through 29 June 2013. The play follows a white man who is accused of raping a young black woman; he hires two attorneys - one white, one black to fight his case. As they grapple with the evidence, their investigation uncovers and explores the racist tension found in every society, and how this can influence the role of the accused and accuser.

Last night, 12 March 2013, saw the West End opening of the National Theatre's production of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Timeat the Apollo Theatre. Guests included Tom Hiddleston, Tim Minchin, Neil Stuke, Matt Smith, Nina Toussaint-White, Harry Treadaway, Jeremy Vine and Zoe Wannamaker. The National Theatre's award-winning production of War Horse last night (25 October 2012) celebrated its fifth anniversary in London with a special performance at the New London Theatre, Drury Lane. Former cast members and the show's creative team gathered with VIPs and friends to celebrate five years on the London stage.
Nina Arianda to Star in FELLINI BLACK AND WHITE Film

Tony Award-winner Nina Arianda will play Italian film star Giulietta Masina, wife of visionary filmmaker Federico Fellini, in Fellini Black and White produced by Andrew Lazar (Jonah Hex, I Love You Phillip Morris). The film, written and directed by Henry Bromell (consulting producer and writer of Showtime's Golden Globe Award-winning series Homeland) is set to begin production in early 2013. Arianda joins a cast that includes Oscar-nominees William H. Macy, Terrence Howard, Emmy and Golden Globe winner Peter Dinklage, and Brazilian breakout star Wagner Maura who will play the title role of the iconic director.
