GRACE on Broadway has announced that international best-selling author Elizabeth Gilbert (Eat Pray Love) will participate in a post-show conversation about the play as it relates to issues of faith directly following the Wednesday, October 17th at 7pm performance of the show.

AIDS Walk Los Angeles is the world's first fundraising event of its kind, and the event continues to keep the public engaged in the HIV/AIDS crisis. Last year, a passionate crowd of 30,000 walkers and 2,500 volunteers raised $3 million for HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment, and advocacy programs. Since its inception, the event has raised more than $72 million to fight the disease in Los Angeles County.

Northlight Theatre, under the direction of Artistic Director BJ Jones and Executive Director Timothy J. Evans, continues its 2012-2013 season with Neil Simon's The Odd Couple, featuring legendary comic actors Tim Kazurinsky and George Wendt, directed by Artistic Director BJ Jones. The comedy will play at Northlight Theatre, 9501 Skokie Blvd in Skokie, from November 2-December 9, 2012. The Press Opening is Friday, November 9, at 7:30 pm.

Actress Mia Matthews stars in a new one-woman show celebrating Hollywood Bombshells, 'Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend' at the Plaza Theatre in Manalapan. Creative team includes Broadway musical director and arranger, Barry Levitt and acclaimed theatrical director Donald Birely.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Uma Thurman has joined the cast of Lars von Trier's pornographic drama NYMPHOMANIAC. The actress joins previously announced cast members Charlotte Gainsbourg, Stellan Skarsgard, Shia LaBeouf, Jamie Bell, Stacy Martin, Connie Nielsen and Christian Slater in the film.

"Thanks," responds the actor via telephone. "There were some nights that I was very self conscious about that line."

John Douglas Thompson will make his Long Wharf Theatre debut in Satchmo at the Waldorf, by Terry Teachout, directed by Artistic Director Gordon Edelstein. Chanhassen Dinner Theatres brings its audiences a fresh rendition of a musical classic never before seen on the Main Stage with BYE BYE BIRDIE. This all-American musical will light up the stage with preview performances from tonight, October 5 through 18. Official grand opening festivities take place on October 19. The production is slated to run through March 30, 2013.
