Asolo Repertory Theatre kicks off its 2021-2022 season with the thrilling rock musical that started it all – HAIR. With a Grammy Award-winning score by Gerome Radni (book/lyrics), James Rado (book/lyrics) and Galt MacDermot (music), HAIR marks Asolo Rep's highly anticipated and triumphant return to the indoor stage.

The “Singular Sensation”, A Chorus Line: High School Edition, will be the first production at The Gateway for 2021 - A Chorus Line: High School Edition, on stage, opening June 19 through July 3. 

The Wick Theatre will present A Chorus Line, the iconic celebration of the Broadway's unsung heroes. The groundbreaking, Pulitzer Prize-winning show made its debut 45 years ago setting a new standard on Broadway. Filled with universal stories, hit songs and dazzling dancing, it remains as relevant, poignant and explosively entertaining as ever.

It's December! Voting is now underway for the 2019 BroadwayWorld Long Island Awards, brought to you by TodayTix! Now you can vote to make sure your favorite local theatres and performers are recognized. Check out the first set of stats below.

The spirited, romantic and beloved musical story of Maria and the von Trapp Family will charm audiences at The Gateway with its Tony, Grammy and Academy Award winning Best Score, including 'My Favorite Things,' 'Do-Re-Mi,' 'Climb Ev'ry Mountain,' 'Edelweiss' and the title song, 'The Sound of Music.'

Though the classic musical A Chorus Line may be produced fairly consistently, it is always refreshing to see a good quality, professional, local production. This is exactly what you'll get when you see the Tony winner running through May 26th at Long Island's historic Gateway Playhouse soon to be celebrating their 70th year. The large Broadway caliber cast is brilliantly directed and choreographed by Mitzi Hamilton who has had a long association with the show including the original Broadway production.

Due to popular demand, a performance was added last week to the run of A CHORUS LINE on Sunday, January 17th at 7:30pm. Today it has been announced a matinee performance has been added for Thursday, January 21st at 2pm making the final two weeks of performances 9-show weeks. A CHORUS LINE still runs from January 5 through 24, 2016 at Riverside Theatre.
