Blast Friday Returns to Downtown Clearwater This Week

Blast Friday returns to the Cleveland Street District in Downtown Clearwater for its 7th season. This free food and craft festival will feature a live concert starring The Fabulous Thunderbirds on Friday, April 28 from 5:30 to 10 pm on the Tampa Bay Times Cleveland Street Stage. Special guest Mama's Batch will be opening the show. Concert goers are welcome to bring their lawn chairs to watch the concert. Food trucks and vendors will be serving a wide variety of freshly prepared specialty food and beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages. For more information, please visit: blastfridayclearwater.com.

Executive Producers Roy Nevans and John Lant, in association with Edmund Gaynes, have announced the extention of 2 By Tennessee Williams: 27 WAGONS FULL OF COTTON starring Kathryn Luce Garfunkel and KINGDOM OF EARTH. Both plays are directed by Marilyn Fried and will run now through October 1st.

Directed by Pippin Parker, the play will open on Friday, July 10, at the New School for Drama Theater at 151 Bank Street, in the West Village.
