Without my MODERN FAMILY fix last week — the timeslot was given to some huge Country Music Awards show — I was extra eager to see what the Pritchetts and Dunphys were up to this week. Well, folks, with Cam and Mitch involved in a jealous rivalry again, Gloria partaking in hijinks with a Spanish tutor, and of course, a double dose of guest stars in Andy DeVine and Michael Urie (who recently made his Broadway debut in 2011's HOW TO SUCCEED), it's safe to say that, overall, this week's outing did not disappoint.

New York's funniest show Celebrity Autobiography has added music icon Debbie Harry, four-time Oscar nominee Marsha Mason, and Ralph Macchio (My Cousin Vinny, The Karate Kid, Dancing with the Stars) to the cast of its November show on Monday, November 24 at 7pm at The Triad (Stage 72 -- 158 West 72nd Street). They will join previously announced stars of stage and screen Matthew Broderick (currently starring in It's Only A Play on Broadway), Janeane Garofalo (the upcoming Bravo series Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce), Michael Urie (Buyer & Cellar, Ugly Betty), Tate Donovan (24, Damages) & Drama Desk-winners Eugene Pack & Dayle Reyfel.

Red Bull Theater's Revelations Readings kicked off its new season with a gala benefit reading of WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE'S THE TEMPEST, featuring Michael Cerveris as Prospero. Directed by Jesse Berger the cast also included De'Adre Aziza, Gerry Bamman, Clifton Duncan,Angel Desai, Sean Patrick Doyle, Glenn Fleshler, Carman Lacivita, Drew Ledbetter, Matthew Rauch, Jay O. Sanders,Stephen Spinella, Raphael Nash Thompson, Auden Thornton,Michael Urie, Marc Vietor, and more. The Tempest featured original live music by Greg Pliska. It took place for one night only on October 20th at Playwrights Horizons, 416 West 42nd Street, between 9th and 10th Avenues.
