The Petersons are a five piece contemporary music ensemble comprised of five accomplished actors, writers, and comedians who play original rock tunes and present a continuing serial comedy about a misfit band from upstate New York who still want to make it big. Having performed more than 40 of these episodes around New York City at Joe's Pub, Caroline's on Broadway, The Bottom Line and many other venues, the band returns to the scene with their first performance in several years. But don't call it a comeback!

Special guests Ashley Fink ('Glee'), Shane Jenek (Courtney Act from 'RuPaul's Drag Race') and Adam Kantor (The Last Five Years) have joined the evening, in adition to previously announced Ricki Lake, Julie Garnye (Les Miserables at the Hollywood Bowl) and Lisa Ann Walter (The Parent Trap) with special surprise stars. They will perform songs from his acclaimed CD First Things Last in addition to a special preview of The Night Before My Wedding, Horne's upcoming collaboration with Neil Gaiman. Lance's March 31 evening at Birdland Jazz Club in New York featred Alan Cumming, Rachel Dratch, Stephen Wallem, Alice Ripley and more. He recently contributed a movement to Tyler's Suite, a choral song-cycle dedicated to Tyler Clementi, the 18-year-old Rutgers University student that took his life three years ago. The piece, which also includes contributions from Stephen Schwartz, Ann Hampton Callaway and Craig Carnelia, was premiered by the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus in March. Three Day Hangover's 'Big Boozy Benefit' was held on Sunday, March 30th was a star studded night of music and partying at Rockwood Music Hall in New York City. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Taraji P. Henson will join Oscar winner Terrence Howard in Lee Daniels and Danny Strong's upcoming hip-hop drama pilot EMPIRE for Fox. Howard recently starred in the pair's 2013 drama THE BUTLER.

Written by Bernard Weinraub and directed by Steven Robman, ABOVE THE FOLD plays January 28 - February 23, 2014. Opening night is February 2, 2014.
