Throughout the entirety of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Assembly Theatre has been busy making changes and updates to its brand identity and operations team. Founded in 2017 by The Unit 102 Actors Co. & Leroy Street Theatre, the Assembly Theatre was home to these two founding companies for 3 years.

Following their Covid-19 mandated shut down back in March of 2020, The Assembly Theatre has announced its first live performance event in 6 months  THE WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY FESIVAL running from October 7 a?" October 31 2020.

CIRCUS SHOP OF HORRORS follows one ill-fated woman's dangerous journey, navigating her way through classic moments of beloved iconic horror films retold in the present day. Fusing together an amazing variety of circus artistry with the grotesque, comedy, drag and gore, this innovative show promises to be a spectacular visual mash-up at the Toronto Fringe Festival!

18 distinct characters; voices reflecting, ranting and pondering on the state of our world and how they fit into it. These men touch upon spirituality (or lack there of), terrorism, money, fame, social status and redemption (or lack there of). They are at times: touching and sarcastic, intriguing and off-putting, hilarious and heartbreaking.

Triple ByPass Productions is excited to play in George F. Walker's world once again. To mount a play by a Canadian playwright at the Toronto Fringe is especially exciting for us! It's a great platform to introduce new people to Walker, and to put up one of his plays that is less often done for his already existing fans.
