The award-winning Equity professional East Lynne Theater Company will present 'Louisa May Alcott's Christmas,' adapted and performed by ELTC's Artistic Director, Gayle Stahlhuth.

Back by popular demand, the critically acclaimed Jim Post returns to the Theatre at the Center, where he delighted audiences last holiday season with his show MARK TWAIN AND THE LAUGHING RIVER. The musical docu-drama GALENA ROSE: HOW WHISKEY WON THE WEST will run Thursday, December 27 through Sunday, December 30 at 1040 Ridge Road, Munster, Indiana.

On Sunday, December 2 at 8:00p.m., due to a special request, there will be an American Sign Language Interpretation of 'Louisa May Alcott's Christmas' produced by the award-winning Equity professional East Lynne Theater Company.

A one-week extension has been added for 'Skybox,' a new comedy by Walt Stepp and directed by Lissa Moira. The play's premiere run was originally scheduled for November 8 to December 2, 2012. After Hurricane Sandy struck, the opening was postponed to November 15 to accommodate production delays. Now the closing has been extended through December 9 to make up for lost performances. So the new production dates are November 15 to December 9 and critics are invited to all performances.

Theater for the New City was originally scheduled to present the premiere run of 'Skybox' November 8 to December 2 in its Cino Theater. Due to production delays caused by Hurricane Sandy, the show now opens tonight, November 15 (one week later) and runs through December 2. Critics are invited on or after tonight, November 15.

Sea Tea Improv has just opened the doors of Hartford's first-ever studio for improvisational comedy. The professional theatrical comedy company was founded in Hartford in 2009 and immediately became a hub of the burgeoning comedy community in Connecticut.
