Multi-platinum global superstar and legendary music icon Mariah Carey is set to join NBC's four-time Emmy Award-winning musical competition series "The Voice" as a key advisor for the Season 15 Knockout Rounds beginning Monday, Oct. 29.  

Paloma Faith has joined the cast in the series regular role of “Bet Sykes,” a spirited, sadistic and sharp-tongued villain, in the upcoming EPIX drama series PENNYWORTH, from Warner Horizon Scripted Television and based on the characters from DC.

CBS announced today that the new global talent competition THE WORLD'S BEST will premiere immediately following SUPER BOWL LIII on Sunday, Feb. 3, 2019 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/7:00-8:00 PM, PT, time is approximate after post-game coverage).

CBS today announced an all-star lineup of Drew Barrymore, RuPaul Charles, James Corden and Faith Hill for THE WORLD'S BEST, a new global talent competition series from two of the most prolific unscripted producers in television, Mike Darnell (“American Idol” and “Ellen's Game of Games”) and Mark Burnett (SURVIVOR, “The Voice”).

The 87th Annual Hollywood Christmas Parade, the largest Christmas celebration in America, announces that Entertainment Tonight's Nancy O'Dell has been named the Grand Marshal for this year's landmark anniversary event.  Presented and produced by Associated Television International, the live parade which happens in association with The City of Los Angeles, is taped for network television, and will take place on Hollywood Boulevard on Sunday, November 25, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.  The parade's telecast will be hosted by Erik Estrada, Laura McKenzie, Dean Cain and Montel Williams, with special co-hosts Elizabeth Stanton and Garrett Clayton.  The event will include live musical performances (to be announced) that will take place on two stages; featuring The Marine Toys For Tots.

Amazon Studios today unveiled plans for Eco-Challenge 2019, the toughest global outdoor multi-sport endurance race on Earth from MGM Television and prolific Emmy Award-winning producer and Mark Burnett, to be hosted by survival and adventure phenom Bear Grylls. The ten-episode event series will pit teams of four competitors selected from around the world against each other and nature's harsh elements in this grueling 24-hours a day, multi-day race. If one teammate quits the entire team is disqualified, which magnifies the pressure. The 2019 location for the international, epic adventure will be unveiled later this year. Eco-Challenge 2019 will premiere exclusively on Amazon Prime Video in over 200 countries and territories.

John Legend, who this past weekend earned coveted EGOT status after winning an Emmy Award as a producer for “Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert,” will serve as a coach on the upcoming spring cycle of NBC's four-time Emmy-winning musical competition series “The Voice.” Legend will be joined by returning music superstar coaches Kelly Clarkson, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton, and host Carson Daly.

“Dancing with the Stars” is waltzing its way into its upcoming season, and the new celebrity cast is adding some glitzy bling to their wardrobe, breaking in their dancing shoes and readying themselves for their first dance on the ballroom floor, as the season kicks off MONDAY, SEPT. 24 (8:00-10:00 p.m. EDT), on The ABC Television Network, streaming and on demand. This season's lineup of celebrity dancers includes an “American Idol” mentor, the first-ever blind contestant to take part in the show, an alumnus from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, a Duke of Hazzard, an Olympic Gold medal-winning gymnast and a Bachelor Nation favorite, among others.

Four-time Emmy Award-winning hit musical competition series “The Voice” will debut its first-ever, 10-part “Comeback Stage” companion series in its upcoming 15th season, which premieres Monday, Sept. 24 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.

Jimmi Simpson has joined the cast of Epix's drama “Our Lady, LTD,” starring Sir Ben Kinglsey, according to Variety.

EPIX® has greenlit Our Lady, LTD, a 10-episode modern noir drama from MGM Television starring Academy Award® winner Sir Ben Kingsley.  The series follows James, a young grifter, as he attempts to prey upon Pastor Byron Brown (Kingsley), who turns out to be far more dangerous than he suspects. 

Calling all TV fans, the Tribeca TV Festival is back on the big screen bringing audiences together to discover new series and be the first to see favorite new season premieres. The 2nd Tribeca TV Festival will celebrate unforgettable storytellers who have shaped what 'peak TV' is today and introduce new voices in episodic storytelling. Over four days at Spring Studios in New York City, each event will feature a conversation with the stars and creators of favorite and soon-to-be-favorite shows. FOX has renewed interactive music game show BEAT SHAZAM, hosted and executive-produced by Jamie Foxx, for a third season. Foxx will return as host and executive producer for Season Three, along with executive producers Mark Burnett, Jeff Apploff and Barry Poznick. Corinne Foxx, daughter of Jamie Foxx, also will return as deejay.

Premium television network EPIX has greenlit an all-new original docuseries Unprotected Sets, which will premiere Friday, October 5 at 11 PM ET/PT.  From executive producers Wanda Sykes and Page Hurwitz (Push It Productions), Barry Poznick, President of MGM's Unscripted Television and MGM Television, the series will take a raw, unfiltered look at stand up through the eyes of the funniest up and coming comedians from across the country.  The series will shoot in Portland, San Diego, Washington, D.C., Minneapolis and Atlanta.   Hurwitz will be the series showrunner.

"Shark Tank," the critically acclaimed and multi-Emmy® Award-winning entrepreneurial-themed reality show, today announced the addition of three brand-new guest Sharks including Charles Barkley, Matt Higgins and, for the first time, former "Shark Tank" entrepreneur-turned-Shark, Jamie Siminoff. After his debut in the tank in 2013, Siminoff went on to sell his invention, Ring, to Amazon for over a billion dollars. The show, produced by MGM Television and Sony Pictures Television, which has become a culturally defining series, returns for its 10th season, SUNDAY, OCT. 7 at 10 p.m. EDT, before moving to its regular timeslot the following SUNDAY, OCT. 14 at 9 p.m. EDT. It has been "A Decade of Dreams" for "Shark Tank," and this year will be no different. The 10th season will also bring back powerhouse fan favorites, including Sarah Blakely, Bethenny Frankel, Rohan Oza and Alex Rodriguez. The guest Sharks, who are icons and trailblazers in their respective business fields, will appear individually alongside Sharks Mark Cuban, Barbara Corcoran, Lori Greiner, Robert Herjavec, Daymond John and Kevin O'Leary in various episodes during the 2018-2019 season.
