Premium pay television network EPIX® has announced the 16 fighters who will be facing off with one another for the championship belt on the revival of boxing franchise series The Contender this fall. The highly anticipated 12-episode season, from MGM Television and Paramount Television, will premiere on EPIX on Aug. 24, 2018 at 10 PM ET/PT.

E! announced today seven-time Emmy Award®-winning director Louis J. Horvitz will direct the network's first ever telecast of the “People's Choice Awards.” Horvitz joins Executive Producers Jesse Ignjatovic and Evan Prager of Den of Thieves and Wilshire Studios to helm the production of the only live awards show by the people, for the people. Airing on Sunday, November 11th at 9pm ET/PT, and held at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California, the 44th annual “People's Choice Awards” will air globally across E!'s 17 international channels reaching 153 countries in 24 languages.

Six-time winning “Voice” coach Blake Shelton, award-winning and internationally acclaimed band Panic! At The Disco and breakthrough country star Kane Brown are set to take the stage on NBC's four-time Emmy Award-winning musical competition series “The Voice” on the Tuesday, May 15 live telecast (8-9 p.m. ET/PT).

Coming off their successful debut seasons on “The Voice,” current season 14 coach, three-time Grammy Award winner and “2018 Billboard Music Awards” host Kelly Clarkson and season 13 coach and Oscar, Golden Globe and Grammy Award winner Jennifer Hudson will reclaim their red chairs on season 15 of “The Voice.” Clarkson and Hudson will compete against Maroon 5 lead singer Adam Levine and country music superstar Blake Shelton.

Grammy-, Golden Globe- and Academy Award-winning actor and musician Jamie Foxx (“Ray,” “Django Unchained”) is set to host BEAT SHAZAM, a unique and interactive game show in which teams of two race against the clock and each other as they attempt to identify the biggest hit songs of all time. In the end, the team with the highest score will outlast the competition and go against Shazam, the world's most popular song identification app, for the chance to win a cash prize. Executive-produced by Mark Burnett (“Survivor,” “The Voice”) and Jeff Apploff (“Don't Forget the Lyrics!”), the straight-to-series order is scheduled to premiere in Summer 2017 on FOX. Foxx also will serve as an executive producer.
