Broadway Recycled features Broadway performers singing songs cut from shows - that shouldn't go to waste! Now in its third year, this Earth Day concert at Joe's Pub has previously featured some of the most talented performers on Broadway, including Anthony Rapp, Ann Harada, Andy Karl, Mario Cantone, and composer Jason Robert Brown. The concert is directed by Jennifer Ashley Tepper, with music direction by Julie McBride.

Jones Street Productions LLC has announced that on May 7, 2012 at 2:00pm at The Triad Theater (158 West 72nd Street) Joe Pantoliano and Mario Cantone will co-star in the staged reading of Arje Shaw's new play MOOLAH. Charles Messina directs.

On April 13th, SILENCE! The Musical received the 2012 Telly Award for Use of Humor in a Television Commercial. The hit Off-Broadway show's new commercial won the prestigious honor at the 33rd Annual Telly Awards over nearly 11,000 entries from around the world. After seven years of writing, re-writing, fine tuning, and revelatory readings, Alexander DeJong's opulent Liberace musical, "ALL THAT GLITTERS" will be presented in its Pre-Broadway workshop from Tuesday, May 8 through Friday, May 11 at the Baryshnikov Arts Center (450 West 37 Street - between Ninth and Tenth Avenues).

The Musical is the unauthorized parody of The Silence of the Lambs, with book by Hunter Bell, music & lyrics by Jon and Al Kaplan, and direction & choreography by Christopher Gattelli. After opening on July 9, 2011 the show immediately became a sold-out phenomenon and was selected by Time Magazine as one of the year's Top 5 Musicals. Due to overwhelming ticket demand, the producers recently put a new block of seats on sale through September 2nd.

The Actors Fund, the nationwide human services organization that helps all professionals in performing arts and entertainment, presented the 17th edition of Nothing Like a Dame, a benefit for the Phyllis Newman Women's Health Initiative (PNWHI) last night, March 26, at The Gerald Lynch Theatre.

Edmund Gaynes, in association with David Gersten, will present Loni Ackerman, Brad Bradley Gene Castle, and Karla Shook in TIN PAN ALLEY (The Original iTunes), which began an open-ended Off-Broadway engagement February 25th at Actors Temple Theater (339 West 47th Street between 8th and 9th Avenues). Opening Night is tonight, March 19th (7pm). TIN PAN ALLEY will run 75 minutes.
