Ars Nova presents Jenn Colella: The Girl Behind the Bull. Join award-winning actress Jenn Colella for a night of songs from her most beloved roles in musicals such as Urban Cowboy the Musical (Jason Robert Brown), The Great American Trailer Park (David Nehls), Heartland (Kim Sherman) and the greatly anticipated High Fidelity (Tom Kitt and Amanda Green). The Tony Award-winning Lonny Price (Urban Cowboy, Master Harold…) will direct, with musical direction by Tom Kitt (Debbie Does Dallas, An Evening with Mario Cantone). Sunday, November 7th at 8 PM at Ars Nova (511 West 54th Street, just west of 10th Ave.).

Stephen Sondheim and John Weidman's musical drama finally arrives on Broadway. Ironically, the two-year delay of the Roundabout's revival of Assassins might have been the best thing for the show. Fractured though political thought has always been, the recent political dilemmas and scandals have created deep schisms in the American psyche, with violently passionate emotions on each side.
