Film and stage legend and two-time Tony Award winner Lauren Bacall, passed away on Tuesday morning (first reported by TMZ) at the age of 89. The legendary actress suffered a massive stroke and died at home (New York City's famous Dakota Building) according to a family member. The Eastern Museum of Motor Racing, Gettysburg, Pa., recently acquired Roy Blas painting of three time Lemans winning American racing champion Phil Hill. The painting of the May 1959 Sports Illustrated cover shows Hill leaning against his red Ferrari at Sebring. Roy Blas created the painting in honor of Mr. Hill's 50th Anniversary of winning the 1962 24 hour Lemans. Roy Blas is a top American emerging avant garde artist and creator of the 'American Swagger' iconographic series.
