Arthur Miller's All My Sons begins preview performances tonight, April 4, 2019, and opens officially on Monday, April 22, 2019.

The Amoralists (James Kautz, Artistic Director; Lico Whitfield, Producing Director) proudly present the world premiere of ENTANGLED, written by Amoralists 2018/2019 'WRIGHT CLUB authors Charly Evon Simpson and Gabriel Jason Dean, and directed by Kate Moore Heaney. ENTANGLED is PLAY 4 of RICOCHET: An Amoralists Anthology about Surviving an American Epidemic.

The Barrow Group, under the leadership of Co-Artistic Directors Seth Barrish and Lee Brock and Executive Director Robert Serrell, closes its 2018-2019 season with the world premiere of Perp by Lyle Kessler. Under the direction of Ms. Brock, Perp is scheduled to run at The Barrow Group (312 West 36th St.) from March 16 through April 11, with an opening night of March 25.

Commonwealth Shakespeare Company (CSC) has added three performances to its highly anticipated upcoming production of Birdy, adapted by Naomi Wallace from the novel by William Wharton, and directed by Steven Maler. The production now runs February 27 through March 17 at the Carling-Sorenson Theater at Babson College in Wellesley.

La MaMa presents a Planet Connections production of Alex Raid's exploration of the world of the millennial, The Floor is Lava. A production directed by Glory Kadigan, revived and presented as part of the 57th season of LaMaMa - one of the original theaters of the Off-Off Broadway movement. Following the success of The New York Times critic's pick The Tricky Part by Martin Moran, The Barrow Group, under the leadership of Co-Artistic Directors Seth Barrish and Lee Brock and Executive Director Robert Serrell, continues its 2018-2019 season with the world premiere of AWAKE, written and directed by K. Lorrel Manning.

Commonwealth Shakespeare Company and Founding Artistic Director Steven Maler announced the cast of the second production of its 2018-19 Season: Birdy, adapted by Naomi Wallace from the novel by William Wharton, and directed by Steven Maler. The production runs February 27 through March 10 at the Carling-Sorenson Theater at Babson College in Wellesley.

Regional theaters are increasingly presenting some of the most significant new plays. Last night one of the most notable of these organizations, Palm Beach Dramaworks was the location of the World Premiere of Lyle Kessler's House on Fire.

 Understand you? I don't even understand myself. Elina de Santos directs a playful play of ideas that challenges our fundamental understanding of reality. The world premiere of A Misunderstanding by Matt Chait (Disinherit the Wind) opens on Friday, Jan. 4 at The Complex in Hollywood, where performances continue through Feb. 3. Leave all your preconceived notions at the door… this play is sure to turn them inside out.

The Soho Playhouse proudly presents Blanket Fort Entertainment's New York premiere of DR. JEKYLL & MR. HYDE, written by Burt Grinstead and Anna Stromberg, and directed by Anna Stromberg, as part of the Fringe Encore Series, running Off-Broadway from December 6 - 15, 2018. LGBTQ elders share their personal histories with participants in the Compass Youth Program, who preserve their reminiscences on video using multimedia.
