The Timeline Projects is pleased to announce the cast for the world premiere of Victor Lesniewski's (Khardal, Berkeley Rep; Cloven Tongues, The Wild Project) Civil War spy thriller, Couriers and Contrabands, developed with and directed by Kareem Fahmy (The In-Between, Noor Theatre; Asst. Director Once, New York Theatre Workshop). Couriers and Contrabands will play a four week limited engagement at the TBG Theatre (312 W 36th Street, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10018). Performances begin Saturday, September 5th and continue through Saturday, September 26th, 2015. Opening Night is Friday, September 11th at 8:00 pm.

The world premiere production of MARLEY, the first original musical based on both the life and music of Bob Marley, began rehearsals March 24 at Center Stage, the State Theater of Maryland. MARLEY begins tonight, May 8, and runs now through June 14.

Center Stage announces the full cast and creative team for the world premiere production of Marley, a new musical with music and lyrics by Bob Marley, and written and directed by Center Stage Artistic Director Kwame Kwei-Armah. The production will run May 7* to June 14, 2015 at Center Stage in Baltimore.

'The Whipping Man' written by Matthew Lopez and directed by Seret Scott is now onstage at George Street Playhouse though February 15th. This poignant drama is a must-see theatrical event.

As part of the company's 8th season, downtown theatre company The Amoralists will present full-length readings of 7 new plays at 'AmoralFEST 2014: Revengeance.' AmoralFEST is an annually curated series of public readings of full-length plays, portions of which The Amoralists have, over the course of the last season, read in AmoraLAB, the company's monthly(ish) experiment that hands their actors over to promising playwrights and their provocative new plays.
