Broadway-bound Ricky Martin will travel to GLEE's McKinley High to play 'the hottest Spanish teacher ever in the history of Ohio,' in next week's episode, airing February 7. Martin will soon star as Ché alongside Elena Roger and Michael Cerveris in the highly-anticipated upcoming Broadway production of EVITA, directed by Michael Grandage and choreographed by Rob Ashford. This is the first new Broadway production of the seven-time Tony Award-winning musical since it debuted on Broadway more than 30 years ago.

On tonight's 'The Rosie Show,' Rosie O'Donnell sits down with one of her favorite performers --- Emmy and Tony Award-winning singer and actress, Kristin Chenoweth. In a heart-to-heart, one-on-one interview, Kristin opens up to Rosie about hercareer, fame, depression, her mother's battle with breast cancer and being adopted. Entertainment One US is releasing Carol Channing: LARGER THAN LIFE in New York and San Francisco on Friday, February 3, following the documentary's successful premiere in Los Angeles on January 20, 2012. The film, directed by Dori Berinstein (ShowBusiness: The Road to Broadway, Some Assembly Required, Gotta Dance), examines the life and career of Tony Award-winning Broadway legend, Carol Channing - her extraordinary stage life, her offstage struggles and survival and the extraordinary storybook romance that found her reunited with her junior high school sweetheart after over 70 years. Channing shares a little bit about the film, her career, and more below!

Next week on GLEE, Will assigns the glee club a Spanish singing assignment, and enlists the help of his musically-inclined night school teacher (Guest star Martin). Though the producers of GLEE are minimizing the themed episodes this season, they have a Spanish/Latin-themed episode coming up, guest-starring Ricky Martin. Naya Rivera, who plays Santana, was particularly excited about being able to perform with the Grammy-winner, as she told MTV at the SAG awards. The Drama League just announced that pop star Nick Jonas will join the roster of special guests for their 28th Annual Musical Celebration of Broadway honoring Tony® and EmmyAward®-winner Kristin Chenoweth, to be held on February 6, 2012 at the famed Pierre Hotel (2 East 61st Street). Designed by celebrity event planner Preston Bailey, the Gala supports the educational initiatives of The Drama League Directors Project.

Producer Daryl Roth announced today that Obie Award-winner Quincy Tyler Bernstine (Ruined), Sierra Boggess (The Little Mermaid), Alexandra Silber (Master Class), Love, Loss, and What I Wore alumna Zuzanna Szadkowski ("Gossip Girl") and Ally Walker ("Sons of Anarchy") will all join upcoming casts of Love, Loss, and What I Wore, now in its third hit year at the Westside Theatre (407 West 43 Street).

Joining the already announced performance of the re-united Chris Durang & Dawn, the special 10th Anniversary celebration of the Nightlife Awards will also present 90 year old Jazz Legend Jon Hendricks.

Chris Durang launched a comic nightclub act in 1989 called CHRIS DURANG & DAWNE (John Augustine and Sherry Anderson) that came back to play clubs all over the New York area for the next eight years until they made their last public performance in January of 1996.

James William Productions and Stephenie Skyllas will present Kurt Peterson and Victoria Mallory in When Everything Was Possible, A Concert (with comments), for one night only, Sunday April 29th (7:30pm) at New York City Center (131 West 55th Street, between 6th and 7th Avenues), as a benefit for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. They will be joined by a thirteen-piece band (Michael Rafter, Music Director), playing new orchestrations by Tony Award winner Jonathan Tunick. Larry Moss directs, with musical staging by Joshua Bergasse ("Smash"). Carolyn Wong will provide lighting design, with sound design by Leon Rothenberg and projection design by Telegraphicmedia.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert has admitted that he would like to make a guest apperaance of FOX's GLEE. Lambertrevealed: "I think there were murmurs about it. Hopefully, maybe now that I have some new music, I could go on there."
