Kristin Chenoweth, on the February 23 airing of the LATE SHOW, revealed her allergy to formaldehyde - the chemical that preserves cadavers - and subsequently, the 'lips on my eyelids!' as she says. Chenoweth donned sunglasses to cover up what was an allergic reaction to getting eyelash extensions, but Letterman coerces her into showing off what she calls her 'slutty eyes.' Broadway favorite Kristin Chenoweth is currently in Kanas City for a special concert performance, and while she was in town she chatted with the Kansas City Star about the future of Broadway. Chenoweth commented: "It's getting bigger, more expensive and more commercial. Notice I didn't say 'better.' I am a very proud member of that community, but there was a time that I miss and that time wasn't about how much money a show can make on the road."

GLEE will not return to FOX unti April 10, but theatre fans can rejoice, as TVLine.com has just confirmed that Broadway favorite Jonathan Groff will indeed be returning to the show this Spring. As previously reported, Groff will play 'Jesse St. James' in two upcoming episodes in Season 3.

Producer Daryl Roth just announced the complete cast for the final month of the long-running hit show Love, Loss, and What I Wore. Karyn Quackenbush, who has been associated with the show as performer and standby since its first readings in 2009, and Joyce van Patten, who starred as 'Gingy' in the September 2011 cast, will join previously announced cast members
Sierra Boggess, Ally Walker and Erica Watson, performing Wednesday, February 29 through Sunday, March 25, which marks the show's 1,013th and final performance.

Pop culture and Broadway. They have a long history together. However, there remains a divide - brought into the spotlight in recent days after Randy Jackson, for the umpteenth time, dismissed a contestant on American Idol as "too Broadway" for the competition. Broadway's stalwarts didn't take it lying down, with Betty Buckley leading the charge.
