Local headliner Blue Man Group was featured in a special video presentation Wednesday, June 21 during the 2017 NHL Awards and NHL Expansion Draft presented by T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. During the comedic video, Blue Man Group, along with other local entertainers, showed off their best hockey skills to be “considered” for the new Vegas Golden Knights team.

Blue Man Group will be featured in a special video presentation during the 2017 NHL Awards and NHL Expansion Draft. The special event will take place at the T-Mobile Arena on Wednesday, June 21. NBCSN and Sportsnet will broadcast the event live in the United States and Canada, respectively, at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT.

The NHL celebrates the top performances from the 2016-17 season and looks ahead to the 2017-18 campaign and beyond this week, beginning tomorrow night at 8 p.m. ET on NBCSN, with live coverage of the 2017 NHL Awards and NHL Expansion Draft from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev. The NHL Expansion Draft will reveal the first members of the NHL's 31st team, the Vegas Golden Knights, who begin play in the upcoming 2017-18 season.

In celebration of tomorrow's World Premiere of SMURFS THE LOST VILLAGE, the first-ever World Premiere of a film to be held in Culver City, the home of Sony Pictures and Sony Pictures Animation, the city of Culver City will be declared to be America's Official Smurfs Village, with a street renamed for the three-apple-high heroes. As part of the celebration, Sony Pictures Animation will make a donation to the Culver City Department of Parks and Recreation.
