Montego Glover, Tony nominated for her performance in MEMPHIS, will perform at the Ford's Theatre Society annual gala titled 'America Celebrates July 4th at Ford's Theatre.' The program will be filmed Sunday, June 6, in Washington, DC; portions of the gala will air on Friday, July 2nd on ABC (9pm - 10pm ET).

The George Street Playhouse presents CREATING CLAIRE beginning May 21. The production which stars Tony nominee Barbara Walsh was originally set to begin performances May 11 with Sandy Duncan. Duncan was forced to withdraw due to an illness.

Beginning May 11th, Sandy Duncan will star in Creating Claire, written by Joe DiPetro. David Saint will direct the production which will run through June 6th at George Street Playhouse. Today it was announced that Celia Keenan-Bolger, Michael Countryman and Lynn Cohen have joined the cast.

TheatreWorks, the nationally-acclaimed theatre of Silicon Valley, has announced the line-up for its 2010-2011 season. Founding Artistic Director Robert Kelley and Managing Director Phil Santora announced a 41st season that will include three world premieres (bringing the company's total to 56); three regional premieres including the newest play by the author of AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY, Broadway's quirky hit musical about writers writing a quirky hit musical and a spell-binding mystery about a Japanese-American veteran charged with murder; and two Broadway favorites. The company will once again lead off with an extensive New Works Festival.

Yesterday, May 27, the Outer Critics Circle honored the recipients of the 2010 Outer Critics Circle Awards in a reception at Sardis in Times Square. The cast of the hit comedy 'God of Carnage' --- Dylan Baker, Jeff Daniels, Lucy Liu and Janet McTeer served as presenters at the organization's 60th Annual Award ceremony. Eric Ulloa will star as 'Chad' in the Arvada Center's upcoming production of All Shook Up. Featuring a book by Joe DiPietro and the hit songs of Elvis Presley, this production of All Shook Up is directed by Christy Montour-Larson. All Shook Up will play the Main Stage Theater at the Arvada Center (6901 Wadsworth Blvd., Arvada, Colorado), beginning performances on Friday, July 9 and officially opening on Tuesday, July 13.

MEMPHIS, winner of the Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Outstanding New Musical Award, celebrates its 250th performance on Tuesday, May 25th at 7pm at the Shubert Theatre.
