A Noise Within (ANW), the acclaimed classical repertory theatre company, continues its 2014-2015 REVOLUTIONary season with The Importance of Being Earnest by Oscar Wilde, which opens tonight, September 27 and runs through Saturday, November 22, 2014. Directed by five-time L.A. Drama Critics Circle Award-winner Michael Michetti, this is the second production of The Importance of Being Earnest for A Noise Within, which mounted the play originally in their 1993-94 and 1994-95 seasons. Following critically acclaimed productions in Vermont and Detroit, Collaborative Artists Ensemble presents the West Coast Premiere of A STRANGE DISAPPEARANCE OF BEES by Elena Hartwell. Steve Jarrard is excited to direct this new play with Royal Shakespeare and BBC alum, Jean Gilpin and Emmy winner Ian Patrick Williams. This production also stars Christian T. Chan, Brian A. Collaborative Artists Ensemble presents the West Coast premiere of play A Strange Disappearance of Bees by Elena Hartwell at the Raven Playhouse at , 5233 Lankershim Boulevard in North Hollywood October 18 through November 17th, 2013.

The Odyssey Theatre continues its unique two evening festival of short plays performed completely in the dark ("DARK" and "MORE DARK"), combining the best of both evenings into a single performance ("BEYOND DARK - the 'Best of' Theatre in the Dark") for an additional 6 weeks, today, January 5 through February 9. With the audience and actors bathed in complete darkness, the imagination and senses are left to soar.
