Bay Street Theater Announces Cast And Creative Team For The World Premiere Of FELLOW TRAVELERS

Bay Street Theater and Sag Harbor Center for the Arts is pleased to announce the full cast and creative team for the World Premiere of FELLOW TRAVELERS, a new play by Jack Canfora, directed by Michael Wilson. The production will run as the first show in Bay Street Theater's 2018 Mainstage Season, from May 29 - June 17, 2018. WAM Theatre Announces 2018 Season

WAM Theatre's Artistic Director Kristen van Ginhoven today announces plans for the company's 2018 season. The Berkshire-based professional theatre company celebrates its ninth year with a main stage co-production with Dorset Theatre Festival (Dorset, VT) starring Jayne Atkinson, a thought-provoking series of play readings, a premiere presentation of comedienne Alison Larkin's one-woman show, and various other special events, including hosting BerkChique for the first time and continuing with the Girls Ensemble education program.

Dorset Theatre Festival, under the leadership of Artistic Director Dina Janis, Producing Director Will Rucker, and Executive Director Marissa Hutton, is proud to announce its 41st Season, featuring Herb Gardner's I'm Not Rappaport starring Judd Hirsch (June 21 - July 14); Skeleton Crew by Dominique Morisseau (July 19 - August 4); Pride and Prejudice from the novel by Jane Austen adapted by Kate Hamill (August 9 - 25); Holland Taylor's Ann starring Jayne Atkinson (August 29 - September 1); and Pipeline Series: Four New Works in Process (June 26, July 10, July 31, and August 12). All performances will take place at the Dorset Playhouse (104 Cheney Rd, Dorset, VT 05251).

Art and history, as vividly recalled in both the public oratory and private thoughts of Abraham Lincoln, will come alive at Chesterwood today, Aug. 9 at 5 p.m., with the return of 'Lincoln Speaks,' a program of dramatic readings held in Daniel Chester French's Stockbridge studio alongside the sculptor's six-foot-high plaster model of the seated figure of "Abraham Lincoln" for the Lincoln Memorial, arguably the most famous and compelling Lincoln image in the world. The "Lincoln Speaks" program debuted to a sold-out house at Chesterwood last summer.
