Prince Charles will be attending a special Royal Gala Premiere of Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens on 17th June 2009.

Next summer, from 26 May to 30 August 2009, a new production of JM Barrie's Peter Pan will be performed in the specially commissioned Neverland Pavilion in London's historic Kensington Gardens.

With summer here all types of exotic locations become available with producers scrambling to turn every usual and never tried out place into a theatrical 'event'. None more so than Charlie Burnell & Mat Churchill's staging of the J.M.Barrie classic 'Peter Pan'.

Due to popular demand, The Blank Theatre Company is pleased to announce an extension of the west coast premiere of THE JAZZ AGE, written by Allan Knee, directed by Michael Matthews and produced in association with Jana Robbins Productions. THE JAZZ AGE, which began performances on The Blank's 2nd Stage on Saturday, February 7, 2009 has sold-out every performance, received excellent reviews and standing ovations.

The Covedale Center for the Performing Arts presents the classic tale of youth, joy and freedom, Peter Pan. Performances run March 26 - April 11, 2009. All children except one...grow up! Based on J.M. Barrie's tale of the same name, this is the all time favorite musical of Peter - the boy who spent his life in Neverland battling pirates! When he brings the Darling children to Neverland, he finally defeats his foe, Captain Hook, and befriends the Indian princess.

Luke MacFarlane, Jeremy Gabriel, and Heather Prete star in the Blank Theatre Company's production of Allan Knee's play THE JAZZ AGE. The production runs now through March 22, 2009. F. Scott Fitzgerald. Ernest Hemingway. Zelda Fitzgerald. Literary history's most intriguing characters. This sexy new play goes inside their minds to fantasize on the question of 'inspiration'. Punctuated by the pulsating beat of a live jazz trio, THE JAZZ AGE asks the compelling question 'Why do we do what we do?'

Luke Macfarlane, Jeremy Gabriel, and Heather Prete will star in the Blank Theatre Company's production of Allan Knee's play THE JAZZ AGE.

Audience members will be transported to Never Land during the Theatre and Interpretation Center (TIC) at Northwestern University's stage production of the beloved story of Peter Pan, Wendy, Michael, John, Captain Hook, Smee, the lost boys and Tinker Bell. In a highly physical staging of this production, student actors have been trained to spin and swing across the stage on ropes to simulate flight, a metaphor for freedom and entering the unknown.

Next summer, Kensington Gardens plays host to a unique and remarkable theatre event - a spectacular new stage production of J. M. Barrie's classic story, performed in a specially commissioned, state-of-the-art Theatre Pavilion. For the first time in 100 years, Peter Pan is coming home... when Peter Pan comes to Kensington Gardens Peter Pan Kensington Gardens promises to be a dramatic and truly magical summer experience in the park. Conceived and staged by an award-winning creative team, the production will include a breathtaking 360-degree projected scenic design. Picnic in the theatre pavilion garden, soaking up the atmosphere, take a Royal Parks' Peter Pan tour culminating at the show or just make your way through the Kensington Gardens to Neverland. This new production of Peter Pan is taking place in a specially commissioned, state-of-the-art Theatre Pavilion, constructed in Kensington Gardens. The breathtaking 360 degree projected scenery of Peter Pan will bring all the magical aspects of Neverland to life. This new adaptation of Peter Pan is designed by leading theatre designer, William Dudley. William has an international reputation for his work creating 3D virtual environments.
