Tony Award-winning Trinity Repertory Company, under the leadership of Richard L. Bready Artistic Director Curt Columbus, announces tickets to their 2015-2016 season will be available to the general public on August 17, 2015. Tickets for New England holiday favorite, A Christmas Carol, go on exclusive pre-sale on August 17 and to the general public on August 20. Brilliant Books bookstore in Traverse City, Michigan is offering refunds to its customers who bought Harper Lee's newest novel 'Go Set a Watchman,' because it feels it is 'not a sequel or a prequel to 'To Kill a Mockingbird.' Neither is it a new book.'

The 'Go Set a Watchman' release date on July 14 was a historic literary event in and of itself, but it was also a history making day for Books-A-Million. The number of Harper Lee's new publication purchases in one day broke the Adult Fiction title first day sales record for the Alabama based company. With midnight openings in select stores the evening of July 13, special collectors editions for sale and launch party events throughout Alabama, Books-A-Million welcomed the historic literary event with enthusiasm and the record-breaking sales matched the excitement.

One of the most influential American novels of the 20th century and biggest bestsellers of all time, To Kill a Mockingbird was believed to be the first and only novel by Nelle Harper Lee (born April 28, 1926), until now. On July 14, HarperCollins will release Lee's earliest known work, Go Set a Watchman, featuring characters from her Pulitzer Prize-winning novel, which was published 55 years ago (July 11, 1960).

I first saw To Kill a Mockingbird on stage at my first ever visit to Regent's Park Open Air Theatre two years ago and Christopher Sergel's adaptation directed by Timothy Sheader did not disappoint. Now having transferred back to the London stage following a successful UK tour, the production is once again joined by Robert Sean Leonard who took on the role of Atticus Finch at the Open Air Theatre.
