This winter, Alexander Greenfield - Associate Director of the acclaimed Broadway production of Outside Mullingar and The City of Conversation at Lincoln Center - directs Libra Theater Company's production of Tom Diggs' new play KIND SOULS, performing January 16 - February 1 at Theatre 54. The cast includes Lindsey Kyler (The Seagull at New York Classical Theatre) and John Clarence Stewart (Choir Boy at Manhattan Theatre Club / The Alliance Theatre). Opening is slated for January 18. Adapted for stage by Christopher Sergel, based on Harper Lee's Pulitzer Prize winning novel, this enchanting production of To Kill A Mockingbird comes to the Theatre Royal from Tuesday 3 February for one week only. Daniel Betts will play Atticus Finch alongside Zackary Momoh as Tom Robinson and Christopher Akrill as Boo Radley. Original cast member and composer Phil King will reprise his role. (more...)

Harper Lee's classic novel To Kill a Mockingbird is indeed an astonishing tale and the staged incarnation is just as powerful as the book first published in 1960.
