Seats in the front two rows of the orchestra will be made available for $20 for every performance of RENT, the Pulitzer Prize and Tony? Award-winning musical, at ASU Gammage, March 17-22. The $20 tickets go on sale at the ASU Gammage Box Office, on the day of performance only, two hours prior to the show and are available to anyone, cash only, with a limit of two tickets per person. No parking will be available in the ASU Gammage parking lot.

On Broadway he also originated the role of Radames in the hit musical Aida and starred as the Emcee in the long-running revival of Cabaret. His film credits include Rent, School of Rock, SLC Punk!, Temptation and Goyband. An actor since the age of six, Anthony Rapp has appeared on Broadway in Precious Sons (Outer Critics Circle Award), Six Degrees of Separation, and the revival of You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown. Adam Pascal has been out of RENT - The Broadway Tour and due to a herniated disc, he was unable to perform in the Detroit engagement. There's good news for Pascal fans in California though, he'll be back in the show on February 26 when the show plays the Pantages Theatre for a 2 week run through March 8.

To enter the lottery, patrons must go to the Detroit Opera House box office two-and-a-half hours prior to show time to fill out an entry card; the drawing will be conducted two hours prior to show time. Winners will be able to buy one or two tickets per person for $20 each -- cash only. The lottery is open to everyone.

The 'RENT: Filmed Live on Broadway' DVD release party was held at Life Cafe on February 2nd, 2009 in New York City. 'RENT' stars Renee Elise Goldsberry, Andrea Goss, Tracy McDowell, Rodney Hicks, Jay Wilkison and Adam Kantor attended the event and BWW joined in on all the action.
