ABC to Develop HULK TV Series for 2013

In a conference call with the press today, ABC president Paul Lee confirmed reports that a HULK television series is currently in development at the network. The adaptation of the Marvel comic superhero is scheduled to appear on ABC's 2013 schedule.

Charlie Day makes his hosting debut on November 5. Day currently stars in the hit FX comedy series, 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.' In addition to starring, he also serves as a creator, writer and executive producer for the series. He was most recently seen in the summer blockbuster comedy 'Horrible Bosses,' and will start production later this year on the highly anticipated Guillermo Del Toro movie, 'Pacific Rim.'

Don't Be Afraid of the Dark, a film remake of the 1973 television movie, premiered in Los Angeles in June and in New York City last night.
Written by Matthew Robbins and Guillermo del Toro and directed by comic book artist Troy Nixey, the movie is set for an August 26th release.
