Juilliard's Drama Division announces the 2013-2014 season of fully-staged productions featuring Juilliard's 43rd group of acting students in their fourth and final year in the drama program at Juilliard. This season's plays include Jeffrey Hatcher's Smash, directed by Victor Pappas; Amy Herzog's The Great God Pan, directed by Maria Mileaf; and Sam Shepard's Buried Child, directed by Daniel Fish. All performances take place in the Stephanie P. McClelland Drama Theater at Juilliard.

The Old Globe today announced the cast and creative team for the Globe's revival of N. Richard Nash's classic romantic comedyThe Rainmaker. Directed by Maria Mileaf, The Rainmaker will run July 13 - August 11, 2013 on the Donald and Darlene Shiley Stage in the Old Globe Theatre, part of the Globe's Conrad Prebys Theatre Center. Preview performances run July 13 - July 17. Opening night is Thursday, July 18 at 8:00 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online at www.TheOldGlobe.org, by phone at (619) 23-GLOBE or by visiting the Box Office at 1363 Old Globe Way in Balboa Park.

Broadway's SPIDER-MAN Turn Off The Dark is doing its part to support New York's critically ill and injured children at St. Mary's Healthcare System for Children, the City's only long-term rehabilitation hospital for children and the region's largest provider of home healthcare to children with medically complex conditions. Throughout the month of June, when guests buy Spider-Man tickets through Givenick, a portion of all proceeds will be donated to St. Mary's Healthcare System for Children.

SPIDER-MAN Turn Off The Dark, Broadway's high-flying spectacular, celebrates the second anniversary of its historic opening night tonight, Friday, June 14, 2013.

Today in 2011, Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark opened at the Foxwoods Theatre, where it is still running. Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark is a rock musical with music and lyrics by U2's Bono and The Edge and a book by Julie Taymor, Glen Berger, and Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa. The musical is based on the Spider-Man comics created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko, published by Marvel Comics, as well as the 2002 film about the character and the Greek myth of Arachne. lt tells the story of the origin of the character, his romance with Mary Jane and his battles with the evil Green Goblin.

When a group of actors gathers to give a presentation on a distant genocide, they realize that summaries are not enough. In their attempt to delve into history, they struggle with stereotype, fear and their own personal histories, uncovering the potential for brutality in all of us. Joseph Stern and The Matrix Theatre Company present the West Coast premiere of a brave, chilling and very funny new work by Jackie Sibblies Drury. 'We Are Proud to Present a Presentation About the Herero of Namibia, Formerly Known as South-West Africa, From the German Sudwestafrika, Between the Years 1884-1915' opens today, June 8. Yesterday afternoon, the cast of SPIDER-MAN TURN OFF THE DARK headlined the Brooklyn Public Library's Summer Reading Kickoff event. DAt teh event, Reeve Carney and Rebecca Faulkenberry performed “If The World Should End,' followed by “Rise Above” with Jennifer Sanchez. The day also featured Spidey face-painting, coloring, and temporary tattoos. Check out a look at the performances below!

After attracting a record number of 'Tonys' last year, SPIDER-MAN Turn Off The Dark will, once again, hold a special performance celebrating 'Tony Sunday' at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 9. Like last year, anyone named Tony (or any variation thereof, including Anthony, Antoinette, Toni, Antonio, or Antonia) will be eligible to receive a complimentary pair of tickets to the special performance. This year, SPIDER-MAN will also be offering free tickets to any past Tony Award-winners. People named 'Tony' need to bring state-issued photo ID. Tony-winners need to bring their Tony Award.

Thousands of Times Square pedestrians will join cast members of Broadway's favorite shows, along with CBS RADIO New York personalities and sponsors, for "Broadway Rocks Times Square for St. Mary's Kids," a free concert presented by CBS RADIO New York in Father Duffy Square (Broadway & 47th Street) on Sunday, June 2nd from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM.

According to The Telegraph, Broadway's Foxwoods Theater could soon be purchased by the UK-based Ambassador Theater Group, which owns around 40 theaters across the pond. Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark currently runs at the Foxwoods.

Out of her grief, she started the Angels Fund charity, which helps comfort grieving parents who have lost a child.
