In celebration of the 58th anniversary of the infamous night that inspired the smash-hit production MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET, renowned musician Clint Holmes will take the stage for a special encore performance alongside the cast on Thursday, Dec. 4 at 8 p.m. in the Harrah's Las Vegas Showroom. For one-night-only, Holmes will perform Elvis Presley's 'All Shook Up' alongside the MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET cast during the finale. Following in the footsteps of his sold-out holiday performance last year, Jersey Boys star Travis Cloer and his six-piece band return to The Smith Center this holiday season with a one-night-only presentation of his new show, "Christmas at My Place." On Monday, Dec. 8 at 7 p.m., this family friendly event will have guests singing along to holiday classics and favorites inside of Cabaret Jazz, leaving with the joyful feeling of the season. In an extraordinary show of Nevada pride and camaraderie, the artists, entertainers and celebrities who call the Silver State home came together last night at The Smith Center to celebrate the Nevada Sesquicentennial with a star-studded concert before a sold-out crowd, which included Nevada Gov. GEORGIA ON MY MIND: Celebrating the Music of Ray Charles was welcomed by The Venetian Las Vegas with a star-studded event coinciding with the birthday of Ray Charles. The groundbreaking new show features a host of esteemed stars including Emmy award-winner Clint Holmes, 10-time GRAMMY award-winning vocal group TAKE 6, six-time GRAMMY nominee and DownBeat artist of the year Nnenna Freelon, and Stella Gospel Award and GRAMMY award-winning saxophone star Kirk Whalum. The show also features the Las Vegas Mass Choir, under the direction of James R. Over the past few years, Jim Caruso and Billy Stritch have been taking Cast Party, their 'extreme' open mic, all over the country. This past week, they took the Party to Las Vegas for the sixth time. The venue, once again, was the glorious Smith Center, a half-billion dollar performing arts center that has become a vital force in the Las Vegas musical and theatrical community. The Smith Center for the Performing Arts will present a star-studded evening celebrating Nevada's sesquicentennial on Monday, Sept. 22 at 7 p.m. as part of the year-long observance of the state's 150th anniversary. The year will culminate on Nevada Day 2014.

On Wednesday (Feb. 19, 2014) the electrifying musical, MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET, celebrated its first anniversary in Las Vegas at Harrah's Las Vegas. Following a full standing ovation during the show's finale, cast member Marc D. Donovan ('Sam Phillips') took the stage to address the house, sharing words of gratitude for the audience's support of MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET in its first year. Strip headliner Pia Zadora joined the cast of the smash-hit musical MILLION DOLLAR QUARTETonstage for a special encore performance at Harrah's Las Vegas, singing a rendition of Brenda Lee's 'Sweet Nothings.' Following the finale of MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET, Zadora was welcomed to the stage with applause from the crowded Showroom. On October 24, 2014, The New York Pops - a symphonic orchestra known for presenting popular programs of exceptional quality - will launch its 32nd season, a series at Carnegie Hall celebrating the diversity of some of popular music's greatest icons. Music Director Steven Reineke - described by The New York Times as a "polished, welcoming host" who is "young and vigorous, with a playful attitude" - will lead the orchestra in a highly anticipated concert season, including an opening celebration of The Beatles featuring the Finnish ensemble Rajaton; a festive holiday concert featuring Kelli O'Hara and Matthew Morrison; a solo evening with Broadway leading lady Sutton Foster; and a tribute to Frank Sinatra by four of today's finest entertainers - Tony DeSare, Storm Large, Frankie Moreno and Ryan Silverman.

Holly Madison took the stage in Las Vegas for the first time in more than a year during a special encore performance of MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET at Harrah's Las Vegas. Performing on the 57th anniversary of the actual date that inspired the hit show, Dec. 4, 1956, Holly sang 'The Lady Loves Me' from the hit movie 'Viva Las Vegas' alongside the cast during the finale. Donning a stunning dress and period hair, Holly sang a beautiful and fun rendition of the Elvis and Ann-Margret duet that had the audience on their feet, clapping and cheering.
