Brown Sugar, the popular new subscription video-on-demand service from Bounce featuring the biggest collection of the baddest African-American movies of all-time, announced today its new titles for April 2018.

Minds Eye Entertainment, Falconer Pictures, VMI Worldwide, and QME Entertainment announced today that principal photography has begun on DAUGHTER OF THE WOLF in Kelowna, British Columbia. The action thriller stars Richard Dreyfuss, Gina Carano and Brendan Fehr.

Starting next month, Book-It Repertory Theatre is hosting Literature to Life/Young Audiences of New York to present a stage adaptation of The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao. This 2008 Pulitzer Prize-winning novel written by Junot Diaz was adapted and directed for the stage byElise Thoron and will be performed by Elvis Nolasco ("American Crime", "She's Gotta Have It"). This collaboration across the coasts is the first time Book-It has hosted another company in its 28-year history.

Imagine knowing that every mouthful of food you ate could be your last. Inspired by the true story, Michelle Kholos Brooks' Hitler's Tasters will make its world premiere at Centenary Stage Company April 6 through April 22 in the Lackland Performing Arts Center.

According to Comingsoon.net, the forthcoming documentary following the life of Whitney Houston will be released this summer on July 6. The doc, titled WHITNEY, is directed by Kevin Macdonald, who is known for winning the Academy Award for  ONE DAY IN SEPTEMBER. The documentary is coming from Roadside Attractions and Miramax. BLACK PANTHER Becomes Domestic Box Office's 17th Highest Earning Release In Less Than Two Weeks

According to Variety, Disney-Marvel's BLACK PANTHER is heading for a $235 million debut over the four-day President's Day weekend at 4,020 North American locations, estimates showed Monday.

Based on the original Donmar Warehouse production, this new production of Red by John Logan is the first ever UK revival since Grandage originated the premiere at the Donmar in 2009. The production went on to win six Tony Awards including Best Play.

During opening weekend - Friday, February 16 to Sunday, February 18 -- the public is offered a complimentary concession offer - Reserved ticket holders receive popcorn by showing the flyer (mobile device or printed); VIP ticket holders receive a complementary candy by showing the flyer.  (Note: there is a limit of one complimentary item per ticket holder).

MGC has announced the full casting for Michael Grandage's production of Martin McDonagh's The Lieutenant of Inishmore which opens at the No l Coward Theatre on 4 July, with previews from 23 June and runs until 8 September. Joining Aidan Turner (Padraic) completing the all Irish cast are Denis Conway (Donny), Will Irvine (Christy), Brian Martin (James), Daryl McCormack (Brendan) Julian Moore-Cook (Joey), Charlie Murphy (Mairead), and Chris Walley (Davey).
