New York Theatre Ballet celebrates 35 years with LEGENDS & VISIONARIES in January and May of 2014 at Florence Gould Hall, 55 East 59th Street, NYC. The series includes two programs; VISIONARIES on Friday, January 24 and Saturday, January 25, 2013 at 7pm and LEGENDS on Friday, May 9, 2014 and Saturday, May 10, 2014 at 7pm. Tickets are $30 ($20 for students and seniors) and are available for purchase at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling 800-982-2787.

This staged concert version of Charles M. Schulz's iconic television special brings the beloved Peanuts characters to life through special choreography performed by dancers from New York Theatre Ballet, with director and choreographer Liza Gennaro, and child actors from TADA! Youth Theater. Tony Award nominee John Tartaglia (Avenue Q, Sesame Street) narrates the heart-warming story, underscored by the music of Vince Guaraldi, performed by The New York Pops and Judith Clurman's Essential Voices USA.

These beautiful renderings (pictured, left) for Gina Gibney's Dividing Line come from renowned costume designer David C. Woolard, Gibney Dance's neighbor on the 5th floor of 890 Broadway. A longtime collaborator of Gina's, David has designed for over 50 Broadway and Off-Broadway productions. His designs currently grace the stage of the Broadway shows First Date and A Time to Kill.
