The French Institute Alliance Francaise (FIAF), New York's premiere French cultural center, and The French Theatrical Foundation (FTF) are thrilled to present the New York premiere of Les correspondances de Marie-Antoinette, a one-woman show starring Moliere Award-winning actress Barbara Schulz and directed by Katherine Adamov, on Thursday, October 24 at 8pm at FIAF's Florence Gould Hall.

New York Live Arts will present the U.S. premieres of Israeli choreographer Arkadi Zaides and musical quartet Quator Leonis'A response to Dig Deep October 10 at 7:30pm and French artist Jeanne Mordoj's La Poème October 11 & 12 at 7:30pm.

New York Live Arts begins the 2013-14 Studio Series work-in-process showings with Elena Demyanenko and Dai Jian's collaborative work, Blue Room, tonight and tomorrow, October 4th and 5th at 6:00pm, in the third floor studios at New York Live Arts. A 2013-14 Dance Theater Workshop Commissioning Fund Commission, the Studio Series showing of Blue Room will precede the world premiere of the complete work to be shown in New York Live Arts' Theater in February 2014.

Robin Becker didn't blink when she decided to create a dance based on Pulitzer Prize winning author David Maraniss's book, "They Marched Into Sunlight," a 530-page cultural history of war and protest set in 1967. Becker's result, "Into Sunlight," a tour de force of imagination and emotional power, becomes remarkably relevant given the moral dilemmas America is currently facing in the world. The dance receives its New York premiere at Florence Gould Hall, Ocotber 25-27.

Nature Theater of Oklahoma's epic Life and Times series is a sixteen-hour, multi-art serial created from a single phone conversation with a 34-year-old woman, who tells her whole life story up to the present day.

Crossing the Line takes place this year from today, September 19-October 13 in venues throughout New York City. Nespresso is the Presenting Sponsor of Crossing the Line 2013.

Set to Tschaikovsky's score and featuring sets and costumes by the acclaimed Danish painter Per Kirkeby, the production was last performed by NYCB in the fall of 2011 to sold-out houses.

New York Theatre Ballet, which has been in its home since 1980, is seeking a new home. The company has until September 30 to vacate their office space and studio at 30 E. 31st Street, NYC, on the fifth floor of the parish house of the Madison Avenue Baptist Church. The building has been sold.
