Five-time Grammy-winner Faith Hill makes her Hollywood Bowl debut with the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra and fellow Grammy-winner, conductor David Campbell, for a special evening of music from the iconic performer?s multi-platinum recording career, Friday, July 17, and Saturday, July 18, at 8:30 p.m. The first half of the concert, performed by the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra (HBO), features an unexpected mix of movie scores and other eclectic selections chosen by Campbell and Hill. No strangers to each other, Hill and Campbell?s previous collaborations include her 2002 release, Cry, Christmas CD, Joy to the World, and Hill?s recording of the Oscar-nominated ?There You?ll Be,? from the Pearl Harbor soundtrack, arranged and conducted by Campbell. For the second half of the concert, Hill joins the orchestra to delight the audience with some of her best-loved No. 1 hits from her multi-platinum career, including ?Breathe,? ?This Kiss,? ?The Way You Love Me,? ?Cry? and ?Piece of My Heart.?

Taylor Hicks had a surprise in store for the audience attending last Saturday evening's performance June 6th with prop that stopped the show with laughter and applause. While on stage in Appleton, Wisconsin (the CHEESE state), Hicks decided to surprise the local audience when he appears from inside the ice cream cone by wearing a cheese hat!

The producers of the first national touring production of the Tony Award nominated Broadway musical GREASE? are proud to announce that 'American Idol' winner, Taylor Hicks, will continue on with the tour during the 2009 ? 2010 season. TAYLOR HICKS, star of the Broadway national tour of GREASE?, will appear on 'Live with Regis and Kelly' on Thursday, February 19 and Friday, February 20, 2009. The platinum selling singer and 'American Idol' winner will appear as part of Regis and Kelly's 'Dating with the Stars' segment. 'Live' airs in NYC at 9:00 a.m. on WABC Channel 7.

The New York Times has reported that a producer for the pregame show at Super Bowl XLIII revealed that Faith Hill and Jennifer Hudson used prerecorded tracks in their appearances on the showto the Associated Press. Rickey Minor, the producer and the music director for 'American Idol,' explained that Hill, who sang 'America the Beautiful,' and Hudson, who sang 'The Star-Spangled Banner,' performed along to recorded tracks that they were required to submit to the National Football League a week before Sunday's game.
