BPA Theatre School Is Now Enrolling Winter Classes

BPA Theatre School enrollment for winter classes is now open for pupils of all ages. Under the fun, clever, and insightful tutelage of Kate Drummond, students (ages 4 - 7) in Creative Drama will explore the elements of theatre and learn to use their faces, bodies, and voices to tell a story. Kate will also lead students from grades 1 - 3 as they learn two song-and-dance numbers and engage in goofy, imaginative skill-building theatre games in Introduction to Musical Theatre.

Lucy Turner has been a fixture in Nashville theater since she was a toddler, it seems, and now - in an example of how times flies by - the senior at Nashville School of the Arts is in the throes of choosing a college, filing applications and scheduling auditions. dick clark productions announced today that critically-acclaimed actors Timothée Chalamet and Rachel Weisz will receive the “Hollywood Supporting Actor Award” and “Hollywood Supporting Actress Award” respectively, at the 22nd Annual “Hollywood Film Awards.”  Chalamet will be honored for his exquisite work in Amazon Studio's Beautiful Boy, while Weisz will be recognized for her role in Fox Searchlight's The Favourite, a festival breakout.  They join previously announced honoree Nicole Kidman, who will receive this year's “Hollywood Career Achievement Award.”  The 22nd Annual “Hollywood Film Awards” will take place on Sunday, November 4 at The Beverly Hilton.
